Wow! I'm from New Zealand, the only native mammals are bats and marine mammals, but we do have lots of interesting birds. I've never seen north american mammals in real life, but they are beautiful. So cool to see completely different familes of animals in their natural habitat. I've always loved lynxes and skunks the most, they seem to have this sort of character to them that none of the others have. Thanks!
Hello from Finland! Our native fauna is rather similar to this beautiful Yukon fauna, including the lynxes which I too love. However, I've always thought New Zealand has such magical and unique nature. Both animals and plants. It's like another world almost, or so it seems, especially with the sadly extinct moas and giant eagles. A friend of mine visited NZ and she told how strange it was to go for a walk in a forest, because all the bird song was completely different from what she had heard all her life. I watch hiking videos etc from NZ and the bellbirds singing makes it otherwordly to me.
