The “run me like a river”is a metaphor, meaning physical contact (if you get my drift),I could think of less mature subject matter for a fifteen year old girl tbh. Having said that, she uses swagger as though she were 30. She makes you crinkle up your nose when she sings. It’s her song now. Check out her cover of Sam Smith’s Diamonds it’s incredible.
Yeah, I'm just gonna avoid the topic of subject matter when it comes to songs she sings. There are several that are controversial, but she just sings them as if they're hers to begin with. I agree that most, if not all, covers she does belong to her. She absolutely kills everything!
I was over at PetSmart yesterday looking for some toys and stuff for my dogs and heard Sam Smith singing "Diamonds" and thought to myself "Wow, Daneliya's version is SOOO much better!" LOL I swear, after she makes a version of something, I find myself always liking it more. Many of the songs she sings - I have to be honest - I didn't even necessarily like before or hadn't listened to, but when it's from her...Yeah. ;D

OMG. She is not trying to do anything. She is just doing her own thing. By the way, Angelina does nothing but covers. I haven’t heard anything original from Angelina. Also, Daneliya’s first original ep (3 original songs she wrote) is being released on April 15th on her own production company. No, they are apples and oranges. Their genres are completely different. You keep Angelina and I’ll take Daneliya.
For me they are not similar singers. AJ does everything in the same jazzy style. Daneliya sings many genres and styles. Yes, Daneliya does have original music. She has 12 originals 4 of them are Hip Hop/Rap under the name DaNel. Check out some of those they are pretty cool., I think you'll like those. FYI You are pronouncing her name wrong. She pronounces it Duh-nell-ee-yuh it is easy to say just say that slowly 4 Syllables. Thanks looking forward to more. She will release an EP "Trouble" with 3 new originals on April 14th. FYI rivers do "Run" a different term that is used instead of flow. Thanks again!

Look Stan . DANELIYA and ANGELINA are both brilliant artists and should not be compared but appreciated and enjoy their different talent . DANELIYA is more pop ANGELINA more jazz voice however to say DANELIYA sings many genre and styles is no different from ANGELINA who also is extremely versatile she has covered over 90 different artists and numerous different songs with different genre/ styles , ANGELINA should not be pigeon holed into simply a jazz artist , that's nonsense.
