This Tutorial still helping in the end of 2023!! 54 yr old woman just changed her headlight bulbs with the help of this video!! Thanks for showing a quick, thorough, no unnecessary talking, informative video!!! Much appreciated!
Chiming in in August 2024: works perfectly for 2016 Nissan Maxima SV. There's no need to undo any clips or anything, just peel back the wheel well and the low beam light is right there. Seriously took me less than 60 seconds from start to finish. Thanks for the video!
Woow this fckn video was GOLD, at first I was doubting it, thinking I was gunna have to have my oil guy do it for me b4 work, but thanks to u 2 ladies for giving me the insight to actually get down there and do it myself....you guys were right...3 min, slapped plastic to the side and shhlapped the light in right wish 😂... thanks again!
thank you for making this video. i was under the impression the front bumper needed to be removed but i guess that's only necessary for replacing the whole headlight assembly. upgrading to LEDs was a breeze.
It only took me five minutes to fix. Thanks! For my last car I had to take apart the damn bumper...only to find out the wiring was the problem and not the blubl
I got every step except reconnecting the new light bulb into the wire part not the hole it goes into but the clip barely got any room to get to it if I connect the bulb to the hole i feel like it will be twice as hard to get the wire back connected anyways when I couldn't get the new bulb connected before installing it I put the old one back into the clip and went right back like nothing and then I reinstalled it back into the hole bc it started to rain. Is there a easier way to connect the new bulb to the connector? Is there something im supposed to do while trying to connect the new bulb to connector?
While your tutorial is perfect, the engineers at Nissan, can kiss my butt! The process of changing the bulbs is super easy however, not every person doing minor repairs on their vehicles are strong men! I had to fight to anxiety levels to get the connectors off! Being a woman, I can actually put both of my hands/lower arms behind the under fender plastic and still fought with them. I took a small break to build my strength between bulbs!

Great video, right to the point, and no fluff. This is how all How To videos should be.
Worked perfectly on my 2018 - passenger side! Done in 5mins. Thank you!!!!
You comment is what made me get up and try it thanks 😊

Thank you Señor, you just saved me a couple hundred dollars. The Bulb was $20 and I changed it in under 5 minutes.
Thanks! Just did it! I'm 64 yrs old and did it!
October 2024 and it took me less than 5 minutes to change both sides. Thanks for this!!

Thanks again!
Man I just changed mine out within 2 minutes after I watched this video! Great job and THANK YOU SO MUCH! Just gained a new subscriber
THANKS FOR SAVING ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS 10 MINS TOPS ONLY CAUSE WAS SCARED
Thank you! Took 10 minutes!!
Awesome as I had changed both of mines and very easy.
I have a 2019 Nissan Maxima SL and the bulb is not accessible like you’ve shown in your video 😞
How did you fix the problem?
Maximas 2019 and up don’t use halogen bulbs. They are a full LED assembly for the low and high beam bulbs
@@kalielwebb3774crazy part is when the bulb go bad you have to replace the whole headlight assembly smh. That’s 1400 Nissan can kick rocks
Can you do a video on this car changing the driver side directional bulb . Thank you
There is a video for it, you will see an 2016 8th GEN Maxima in the thumbnail picture and a Vietnamese guy. It’s super easy and takes 5-10 mins
WOW I THOUGHT I HAD TO GO AND GET TOOLS THANX

Cool! thanks for the video.... Just ordered new LED's for mine
THANK YOU🙌🏾
What about the fog lights of the same vehicle?
Did you remove the three clips that hold that section of wheel well in or did you just leave them and reach through??
I left them in place
Bro you helped me out. ❤
What year was this car cuz if it's this easy that would be alot nicer than having to take the battery out or removing the bumper
Is the blue led light changeable?
Thanks man I was gonna pull
The bumper to pulls the headlight out
Did it actually work for you? I hope it did. I'd hate to take a bumper out just to fix a lightbulb
Can you get the turn signal from here?
Is this procedure the same for the passenger side as well?
Here’s a link to another RUclipsr with a different technique. It might work for you.

Thank you
Not for 2019 and newer. Entire headlight assembly has to be replaced. They have HD lights which don’t have bulbs
Same with the SR. I have to replace the entire thing.
Works great
Stupid Nissan tried to charge me $460 plus .. thanks to you I did it myself all for $31 🎉so fast and easy

Not for 2019 and up
What did you do to fix the problem?
I'm changing the light bulb in about an hour.
Absolutely not how my 2016 is set up
damn. watching this for 2016
Looks Too Easy!
Thank you
