Most likely, you made a mistake while repeating the action, or some moments were difficult for you. Have you tried watching the difficult parts at a slower speed? The video playback speed can easily be adjusted in the RUclips player settings.

Hi! I tried making this, but my structure just goes flat. It's doesn't curve inwards like your does in the video, so I can't make the penguin structure with space in the middle. Any advice?
Hi. You should compress your first three rows and make a bowl shape. Also you can look at difficult moments for you at a lower speed. The video playback speed can be easily changed in the RUclips player settings.

Try dripping some PVA glue into the holes of the triangles when assembling the figurine (this is if everything falls apart for you)
Mine worked perfectly without any glue, you just gotta make the pieces the right way. Maybe find the suggested dimensions for the piece
