May I ask why the writers didn't give Sandokan and Lady Mariana children? That is, in your version of Sandokana. I know that they were not allowed in the novels, so at least they could be allowed in the film adaptation. Could you not suggest to Luca Bernabe that in the version of Sandokan with Can Yaman, he and Alanah Bloor should have twin children, a boy and a girl? And thus Lady Mariana would have lived longer, at least in one version.
