When I started my Apprenticeship @ Rolls Royce here in the uk in 1988 the foreman didn’t have any ERP system the heavy shop I worked in had @ least 30 maybe even 50 Cnc machines all he had was a clipboard and a note pad 😂 and he managed 50 machines running 24/7 …no wonder we got fuck all done on time
I used JobBoss at 2 different small to medium sized machining companies and loved it.

Dunno if it counts as a ERP, Zoho Inventory is what we use in a 4 man job/repair shop
