"Sometimes Less Is More", as you so eloquently conveyed in that song, is also true of "One Lonely Room". In this recording studio you were alone...no background music. The quietness of the setting is even more meaningful to me. I see with my eyes and hear with my ears...the words are deeply felt. Your body language, emotions and feelings speak to the heart of the matter. And in my heart, Justin, I am there with you as you sing.💕
What is wonderful about Justin is he writes and sings such heart-felt songs which touches many hearts at one time or another. We go through life and there is a good chance that one of his songs will speak to you, personally, even perhaps causing tears to fall down your face, because you can relate. Justin writes about life, love and heartache, which we all have experienced. I say "all" because this is what draws us to Justin. This is why we love Justin. Sometimes it is hard listening to a particular song because our emotions are too raw at that time. At one time, I could not listen to Nights for many months. Oh how I love You, and how he sings it was just too much. That saying "It is better to have love and lost then to never have loved at all.....I don't know about that. But then the tough things we experience in life only makes you stronger. It truly does. Thank you Justin for thinking of your dedicated fans. It is such a treat. You have a busy life, but you take the time to make your dedicated fans so happy! Take care.
Yes. Always touches my heart. All respect, love & gratitude...your music has resonated with me, moved me, through all my life. Thank you, Dear Justin. The Moodies are my favorite group and you are my own dear minstrel.
11:45 AM AEST, please, I say again, I lifeblood-love all these songs which heal me. ...Old Remember your old autographed photo, you, in your own studio, in front of your Reel-to-Reel Tape and your music equipment. (...said before, have not seen that photo since 1990s but I still remember it). 😊😁❤💙. Love to you All. Thank you so very much, Justin 😊😊!
If Paul mcartney had written this, the music press would have been all over it!!! Fact!!! As good as any of mcartney solo output, probably even better, this is a bona fide classic!!!
Love this version but still prefer the full emotional , orchestral & soaring guitar fron Songwriter. Once again , my lovely Justin , thank you for another beautuful. masterpiece. The best singer / songwriter ever. ❤
Moody Blues fue mi entrada al rock progresivo, el talento de Justin siempre acompañado de gran sentimiento, gracias por compartirnos tu música Justin!! I love your music ❤
I can't wait to hear it again. I have a problem with this song; every time I listen to it,it keeps going round and round in my head for several days.HELP 😂😂😂😂
Thank you for posting these wonderful videos, truly enjoyed watching you preform this live in concert, it was very emotional and heartfelt. Your voice just seems to get better over time!
Great to hear this as it should be, without that awful sax solo which ruined the original. The dreaded sax also tainted the Moodies’ Octave album, most notably on the otherwise wonderful ‘Driftwood’.
This is my favorite from the Songwriter album. I have loved Justin's voice since 1969🎤❤️
So much better than that deafening version with inappropriate strings and drums. Lovely
what a gift to be a hardcore fan since 1968 and still get to listen to this musical genius today
Wow! Almost 20 Years ago, still love it!🌹
1977 songwriter primo album solista di justin. Difficile trovare una canzone d'amore di questo livello ma nessuno è come justin the best.

The original with the Moodies was okay, but way over-produced. This solo version is perfect! Good job, Justin!
Except that it was on his solo album.
She might have thought you didn't care for her like that.......tell her how you feel in your heart.
Thank you for posting these wonderful videos, truly enjoyed watching you preform this live in concert, it was very emotional and heartfelt. Your voice just seems to get better over time!

HOW'S THE DIVORCE GOING JUSTIN ?
That's rather personal. I've always noticed that Justin prefers keeping his life personal.
