This tutorial will address concerns you have with game titles such as:
- Battlefield 4
- CS Go
- Overwatch
- League of legends

Two Common Fixes If MSMQ Folder Is Not Present (Please read before creating new comment):
1) Go to control panel, Programs, Tunr on/Off programs, and press Windows MSMQ to enable, and wait for the procees, and done
2) Re-create the folder as seen in the tutorial.
When i go to the turn on/off programs i cannot see Windows MSMQ there.
There is a "Read More" button for that comment.
How come my 'Parameter' folder has a lot of stuff while your 'Parameter' folder only has one thing?

If you have MSMQ but no parameters:
Go to control panel > Programs > Turn windows features On/Off > check Microsoft Message Queue Server (MSMQ), and wait for the process. Close Regedit and re-open.. Parameters should pop-up!

Hey man, I ran into a snag, underneath the MSMQ there is no option to expand to go to Parameters, would that effect the overall outcome of this exercise?

Went from 300 to 50 ping, this does work, if not double check everything is right. If you are struggling with MSMQ right click MSMQ create a new key called "Parameters"

i dont see the parameters, part under msmq. i tried going to the control panel, and i enabled all the msmq parts, but its still not there for me. Can someone help me or tell me why this is happening and how to fix it. Ive been following the tutorial to this part, and id like to finish it..

Just restart the Regedit and it should be there

after you turn MSMQ on. Exit out of regedit, then go back in. Should show up then.

For some reason , I cannot find the one with my IP address and I have multiple folders with DCHP under Parameters, please help.
click on it multiple times
then once you found a folder full with stuff, there should be a thing with your ip in there
(if you cant find your ip, open cmd and type ipconfig and there should be a thing called Default Gateway which has your ip)
Then there is a folder with your ip and thats your folder that you need to find :)

@@csabika015 right click on the sub folder MSQ and create a new key, then rename it to Parameters and the default folder is automatically created in there, and once inside, you can add the new DROW-32 file and rename it to TCPNoDelay and change the value to 1. That's it.

Just a question, but for the MSMQ folder there is no 'Preferences' directory currently. Is it required and do i have to add it?

I followed this step by step, launched overwatch straight after, wouldn't connect. None of my games would connect, so I watched this tutorial step by step and removed my changes and reverted them manually. I restarted my computer and my internet wouldn't work. I tried tethering to my phones data, Ethernet cables, and my wifi adapter. Nothing can connect me to the internet now. I was stupid and forgot to make a backup of my registry, when I should have. It seems as if I'm the only person having this problem and about the only thing left to do for me is to do a system reset. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but if anyone else follows this tutorial MAKE SURE YOU BACKUP YOUR REGISTRY FILES JUST TO MAKE SURE. I cannot stress this enough because the registry files are basically what makes your computer give permissions to files to run like they do. So at least if you mess up, you have a backup to go off of.

not shure if im putting it in the right spot at the end. my parameters in msmq is machinecache ,onhold ques, security ,setup and trace. and if i click on parameters theres 18 things where u only have 1 showing. and im not even getting 1ms imrpovment so im curious if its in the wrong spot.
SAME and no change in ping. Like overwatch can be 48, or 68 or me it seems, the odd day itll be 57. NA servers (im in canada) now it seems im 68 ping lol...

60's is nice on NA its what i have. I want to get it lower though.. But i play a ton of eu with crazy high ping but it doesnt change anything for me. Maybe a slight delay in widow shots but i still pull off potgs with widow/other hitscan heroes etc on my diamond smurf. I wouldnt play EU on my 3860 acc though lol atleast not hitscan.

uhm about that, 32bit values effect System32 which is the main folder for the system, SYS64 is not too important and just has some few drivers so id say 32 bit

Hey, i did this stuff and it kinda worked. Later that days tho a severe dns error not working happened to me and still havent fixed it. Does tcpnodelay has any connection to this problem and how to reverse it. Thank you and plz reply ASAP.
try opening cmd and admin and typing ipconfig /flushdns
This fix worked perfectly for two days. It stabilized my ping in Diablo 2 and made it much more playable, but only for two days. Then suddenly my ping starts fluctuating from 90 to 2000 every few seconds. WTF went wrong all of a sudden???

create a new folder near the MSMQ and name it parameters and here we go

Just a question, woul this help me with Second Life Firestorm Viewer? I have performed a ping and tracer test and it junps to over 200 in one of the steps. So that everytime I log in to SL I have to do it with a clean cache.

Would it hurt to put the TCPNoDelay on the other interfaces? I had two interfaces with a bunch of information while you had just one. I just put it on my first one and it seemed to help but I'm curious if I could do it on the other one? But thanks this helped a lot! Ping went from 150-60 and I was on Ethernet to begin with

Thank you so much!! I had extreme ping spikes in Rainbow Six Siege even on the nearest server. I searched for fix for several days and hours and didnt find anything what fixed it. I was ready to uninstall the game but I saw this video, I watched it to the end and did everyth single step. And it 100% fixed the ping spikes! Now its running super smooth and I can do other things than just teleporting back every 5 seconds. Thank you soooo much!

I normally get 70 ping but out of no where I would get in the 1000s where its just unplayable and if I was lucky it would go as low as a steady 200 ping. So I figured it was windows ten so I googled an answer, found this, did the steps and it completely fixed it. Ten outta ten.
Works in November 2018 helped to reduce ping from 100-120 to 40-60 constant

due to some reason with this my fps dropped from 120 to 30
I'm not sure if I can attribute it to this but doing a speedtest before these changes my ping was ~300ms and download speed was ramping up very slowly. Now my ping is 10-20 and my download instantly goes to its highest. Plus response time when loading sites seems faster.
my MSMQ does not expand btw .___. what do i do then. this actually boosted my download speeds from 56mbs to 100+mbs thank u so much

Unfortunately, the problem has come back after only a day. I am getting awful ping in TF2 in the evenings when the servers are busiest. My ping can go up to and stick at over 300ms therefore making the game unplayable. Everyone else on most servers seem to have sub 80ms ping, do you have anymore suggestions. (This does also occur for any other game, such as Crossout, around the same time of day so it's not just TF2.)

I brought my ping down to about 24ms on speedtest websites, but it stays around 300ms in game somehow (formerly 75ms in game). Got a fix?
