I love hearing about and seeing all the baby knits! I had my daughter, Eloise, in July 2023, so she's just 7 months older than Caroline. I knit a lot for her and talk about it a lot on my channel, but I am also very conscious of the fact that not everyone wants to hear about baby knits. Haha!
So excited to watch! Also, as a mom of a toddler I am SO impressed by your commitment to knitting and spinning! You created so many beautiful things this year ❤
Love your projects, and they all fit you really well! I'm expecting a newborn in May or June, so sometimes I get confused with the sizes, suitable yarns, etc. I am looking forward to the baby knits video so I can get inspired by your experience!
Great video & beautiful knits! I love hearing about what works and what didn't from each project, it helps all of us grow as knitters & make more informed design choices! + I would love see the video about the best yarns for babies and kids!
Loved seeing all your 2024 makes! Your taste and attention to detail are evident! For the Amy Slipover, I do think a contrasting color for the ties would be cute if it’s worth ending up with some leftovers. But it looks great as is too! Looking forward to more episodes in 2025 ❤
Really loved watching this video! You should be so proud in what you managed to knit and spin this year, you achieved a lot of beautiful and amazing pieces!! I honestly love your idea of a video/videos about baby knits and wools appropriate for baby knitting, would love to hear your opinions and thoughts.
I like the Amy slipover as it is! However you could change the ties for statement buttons? Otherwise I would change the garter edge to a black and do thicker ties in black (personally love a blue/navy/black combo). I made the MFT collar but holding Drops alpaca with a merino, and the drops sheds like CRAZY and I'm worried about it getting in my baby's eyes. Completely unworn 😢 Would love a 1 year baby knitwear roundup video, I was very inspired this year by your makes for her. I did find I didn't put my baby (a bit younger than yours) in the knitwear tops very much early on, but now that it's winter and their head control is better I feel a lot more confident about it. Fingering weight items are so much more versatile for layering but that gauge... I have also only made either Henley or buttoned head/neck opening - I was totally mind blown when someone told me the idea was your can pull them up from the legs instead of overhead! Maybe once they're older I'll make a Holger...so cute with that drop shoulder...
Love all your knits of the year! The brown my favorite things sweater looks so dreamy and comfy!

For the navy vest, instead of the garter ties maybe a double knit siding like the one in the Lulu vest by petite knit?
@@alexaknits214 I thought about that but I don’t think I have enough yarn left unfortunately
