I have had muscovey ducks for many years, you'll find that they are very territorial and the home one well fight hard. The new one will already be aware and is likely to submit after a scuttle. If you separate them with their own hens and settle separately then let them out together they'll keep each to his own. The hens will stay with their man and vice versa.

Muscovies are quite territorial birds. Almost two years ago, i had an old muscovy drake who killed two adult mature female pekin ducks by beating the crap out of those two. A few months later he would kill his own son by the same method. And after a few months he attacked our big New Hampshire red rooster which was injured by the drake after the fight. That same aggressive drake have a younger sister who assassinated an adult mature female pekin duck which died to a broken neck. And last year my aggressive drake's grandson became mature and aggressive, he would chase and bite me whenever i go to their respective territory. One of our newer muscovy drake would frequently harass our turkey pair.

I have ideas for you why don't you sell day old duckling you can easily earn money by selling days ducklings and chickens and keeping best babies your self for next breeding season and I am there is a lot wanted those babies I think and keeping unrealted birds will be better results you need keep best birds every year and growing more space you need to more selling them and add more in related birds and to make purty ones isn't best to using relative chicken or ducks or using old ones it's better to use younger doing better job than old ones and also avoid to added sick or injured birds to your flock they will be dead if chicken comb becomes pepurl you will separate those chickens taking them to the vet and check every day health updates your flock before you if buy birds of animals take them to making sure they are healthy and remember a healthy chicken laying an eggs no matter what they are breeds thanks
