I love tuning forks and use them all the time. It’s incredible how you can actually feel the tingling sensation from the fork and feel so uplifted after. Thank you for posting it has helped me to polish my techniques! I use a hockey puck to strike the forks I have

I’ve always enjoyed the noise a tuning fork makes. One time I received reflexology and she used a tuning fork as one of her treatments!

I love using the tuning forks . as an energy medicine practitioner I use it especially on the bladder meridian and on the needed acupuncture points or even in the field . It is awesome in helping to overcome tinnitus.

You don't want to keep those near your ear drums for long!!!! As a musician, I've seen many people misuse tuning forks; as a result, their hearing as been negatively impacted.

I tend to keep them really close for a while oops. Or also go back and forth, away and closer. I have a lot of head related trauma and used to listen to music really loudly on earphones so thats likely why. Thank you fir the info!

Thankyou so much for this gentle and informative intro and for all the information. I was led here because a freind lent me a 528 fork to help me on this cancer, or rather I prefer to say, healing journey I’m on. I noticed you didn’t cover the 528.
I also had hoped to find out where to buy good quality forks.
Could you please direct me further?
I don’t have a big budget but I do want to buy quality because of this purpose.
I need forks primarily for the bones especially sacrum and also breast. For overall healing purposes including lymph of course.
I’m in the Netherlands - would be grateful if you can send me some links of products to buy in Europe and also more info on the 528,
Many thanks and peaceful warm joy to you,’
    Louise :-)
