- Spinach King is a black youth-owned business and is 100% owned by Mr Lufefe Nomjana, the entrepreneur. The business manufactures gluten free spinach bread and other green health products including smoothies, sandwiches and burgers.
Lufefe was one of sefa’s 1st Township and Rural Entrepreneurship Programme (TREP) beneficiaries that was supported when the TREP programme first launched. sefa provided two facilities to Spinach King under the TREP.
