Finally got to finish watching the video, with a rubber band, on the big wheel the panel will curve lengthwise. And you can use a flatter radius on the bottom. Now if you want to form an edge, wedge the bottom wheel shaft on one side to tilt the wheel. After welding in the flanged panel, treat and seal the backside or it will trap water. The other way is to flange the body inwards. Either way it strengthens the panel, less warpage when welding. Saw the clecos during my visit, ordered a kit when i got home.
An NOS rubber baby buggy bumper! Keep fighting the good fight guys, with each passing day fasteners are harder to remove and panels get rustier!😲 Go Penny's!!! Sorry I'm so optimistic!
Excellent Video Penny Crew Christopher:) , Derek :) work on Blue Plymouth Fury car also Spanish Wheel are helpful lots in metals fabrication in Automotive Restoration and plus Sheet Metal Roof to plus Metal table bender too and small Derek showed to ! Nice work. Perhaps a little less repetition of the notcher and the English wheel and you could have fit in more of the other work. I'm subscribed, hope to watch another video soon.
25:24 Big Boat. Canadian Car. Blue. The BlueNose is that boat on a dime…since this is a budget build or “penny” pincher…maybe call it the BlueSchnoz??? Manitobluewhale? Moly ‘toba? Blue Brother? Blue Bomber? Manitoba Magnum? Blue Sumo?
This is where a pipe anvil is handy. I made one, stands in the corner when not needed. One piece closer to the end!
Nice work, the English wheel is a great tool for this panel. The crimping tool make a nice edge to provide a backing to weld on, genius.

all very hood ideas we should let you guys decide what it should be called i like your idea.
Could cut them off with an angle grinder the bumper bolts
You wouldn't hurt the bumper that way
Nope your right on that one.
