she's arguably one of the best vocalists of all time and i don't see why the media won't even see her as a vocalist, the amount of complicated stuff she managed to pull off in 4 minutes is INSANE and she did everything so naturally and effortlessly, may she rest in peace, what a Legend

Dale Davis, he was in her band from the very beginning to 2011 and played at nearly every gig of hers, except for the ones in the states where she was accompanied by the Dap-Kings most of the time.
I love her breaths in…so sexy so musically formidable and relatable even as a man. I lost my sister(=as cool and beautiful) in the same manner…wish they were still here and that I get to stay on this earth longer with the ones I love and the music I love and love to make! An inspiration, no doubt 🙏🏼🔥🎶🎤🖤💕
