This usually happens when you're an empath & a people pleaser .. I understand because I went through the same thing girl. Right now i'm focusing on healing and seeing this time alone as a blessing to become the version of myself Im supposed to become & also making space for people who actually love me & help me thrive. I think specially as a spa owner myself, it opened up my eyes so much to the importance of healing. Like they say, you can't pour out of an empty cup .. so keep going girl 💖

"toxic positivity is still toxic" > it's important to feel those bad feelings, acknowledge the hurt before you can grow/heal from it . it does suck feeling lonely sometimes & wondering if something is wrong with us... but there is a lot to be said about staying true to ourselves & not conforming to try to fit in.. As you said we just gain deeper self worth and become strong enough to stand up for ourselves and not accept less than we deserve! ❤️
