- All year there have been little requests for adjustments to the channel. I've heard you and I'm responding. I want to make you all happy so in this video I address the changes that will be happening this year. HAVE FUN

Happy New Year, coach, and thank you for all the brilliant explanations last year! Your new ideas sound great and I look forward to them. As an older recreational player (75 this year) one of the keys is maintaining leg strength and foot speed without taking on an unrealistic physical workload. If you ever have a moment to consider that issue, obviously I would love it but it might possibly have wider appeal.
congratulations on 75 this year. I will definitely be going over the physical components as I work my way back into competitive form. and I totally agree in prioritizing the legs.

Sounds good. Instead of "101" wish you were going to focus on mid/high level tennis. Already a gazllion lessons on basic stuff already out there. You'll be losing some of us.
Did say I was going to show and catalog my own training which will be pretty high level plus our Monday upload will cover that as well 😁
