How do you focus while listening to these? I can focus on using ambient music or any music without words, So i will try ASMR for a while and will see how it goes. Because ASMR is much more relaxing somehow.
i always get distracted by asmr, but ambient music or game ambients is better for studying, it quietens the voices. thats a joke at the end but i would still recommend tamer asmr for studying, on the other hand this is great for sleeping
