I wasn’t a huuuugeeee reader but I dropped out of uni and got an unfulfilling job (sigh) and I started to read as it gave me that sense of completion and accomplishment that I needed every so often but it was super easy to get there. Then it taught me a lot about myself and how I love that sense of achievement and being in a dead end job with no future prospects was not giving me that so I decided to change my career goals and now I’m getting my accountancy qualification at a top firm and I couldn’t be happier. So if anyone is out there who is in a situation that is necessary but isn’t giving you that goal orientation that everyone needs, pick up a book. 100% recommend it. Also that oil cleansing gives me life, rubbing my face for a good ten minutes honestly saves me from punching a wall at times xo

Are you passionate about music, art, math, science, languages, finances, history, vehicles, the military, etc? Living to please others is the fastest way to the corner of Depression Drive and Anxiety Avenue. I personally believe that the people who are unapologetically passionate about something and genuine in their relationships, including with themselves, are truly special. You don't need to be MENSA, a Harvard grad, a celebrity, or whatever else is "relevant" to be special. Just do what makes YOU happy and forget the rest. Nobody else is the main character in your life except you. I'm rooting for you
