Nabiullina's sound management of the Central Bank is the sole reason that the Russian economy hasn't already collapsed. It will be brilliant if the Duma turns against the most competent financial figure in the country.
That exact thing happened in Alaska to the person whom created the largest addition to the Permanent Fund Investment was fired because she stood up against non sustainable deductions to the fund.

The navigation channel under the Kerch Bridge was changed with defensive barriers being sunk, so now it can't handle ships as large as it once did. To make up for the loss and the desire to sell crude, Russia is using ships not designed for the Black Sea to cross over to it and transfer the crude oil to larger vessels. They got caught at a bad time and broke apart, because they aren't designed to deal with the ups and downs of large wave action.

I've heard, though I can't confirm, that the vessels that are breaking-up are river vessels that have been given ad-hoc extensions to increase their carrying-capacity, making their already-weak (relative to what is necessary for the Black Sea) structures even weaker. One major problem being that, with sufficient wave action, the ship can be caught with a wave under the bow, a wave under the stern, and the inter-wave dip under the unsupported midsection, resulting in the thing cracking in half width-wise under its own mass, literally "breaking the back" of the vessel. This same type of failure was part of a famous video some years back of a similar vessel being used in, IIRC, the Baltic (possibly by a Russian firm?), creating the same spectacular catastrophic structural failure.

Then, you hear buzzing, look up, and the last thing you see is a weird dragonfly-bird-thing dropping an anti-personnel mine on your head.
