Junior, Oster mushroom have a subtle seafood flavor with hints of anise and a faint earthy taste. They are good source of protein and they are high in fiber and vitamin B. In addition, you have Shiitake mushroom, Button mushroom etc. It is very nice and I realize it is the first time you are eating it. Damian is correct he likes it. Junior it is a good vegetable to eat and you can eat it raw as well in salad. Mushroom goes well with fish, meat, and chicken. Junior stop saying all those negative things about mushroom. Mushroom is an acquired taste. All the best.

i live in germany and i forage for mushrooms in season
u need to know which mushrooms are good to eat raw and which u need to cook
we have poisonous mushrooms here but if u cook them well throu u can eat them mushrooms can get complicated

Hi lifestyle team, bless up good video as usual. The thing with mushrooms is not to overwork or overcook them and they are good with noodles in a cheese sauce or grilled. Oyster is not a favourite of mine, but I like portobello or button mushrooms. I grill them some salt pepper and a little lemon juice and they are like meat.
