i dont know what to say but you arrange the program great from inputs outputs and home position.plus pressing one button to run in sequence.i wish someday you could give us free lessons even in the simple environment in factory io.THank you

Thanks Pete for the video. I've just installed factory io and try to use it with a physical s7-1200, i've set up the connection as indicated so i see the green marks but at the plc side i don't see any changes in the input as well the output. How the mapping of i/o between tia portal and the driver is happening? Thanks!

@@PeteVree i was thinking about if you personalized the plc card or not, could i get your email contact for some other questions? i have till now put the cpu, the digital and analogs inputs and outputs, connected IO and TIA v17 with plcsim advanced 4 and is working but i need to programm it .

i am having some problems with it ,,
I haven't tried that scene yet.
thanx for your respond ,,i really didnt find any example on youtube about it yet, dont know if you can do a simple example to start/stop for the elevator conveyor,, the problem actually with the reflective sensors built in it, they are normally on, and they give strange outputs when they are one its like a fly status .when you have a time can you take a look on it plz, thanks.
i just tried Control IO and did the example mentioned on the Factory IO site

same example with same scene didnt worked with TIA14 and software PLC Simulation ,, there is something with the sensors when they are open they give on and off to the connected output ,,
i dont know is this a bug in the Factory IO or i need to do some configuration my self ???
