I tried the Hokkaido omu souffle at Hoshino Ion. Regretted not ordering the spaghetti instead, omu souffle the rice like few spoonfuls only, mainly is the egg souffle only the 2 oysters very tiny also. 2 clams the size decent. Not filling to hungry bellies. Hokkaido snow pancake merely ordinary taste, TAMAGO EN has the best pancakes i think, very airy feel.

I like the food they sells . 2nd time I went there I saw houseflies in the restaurant flying I was turned off . The one at Suntec . Thinking why there is houseflies , garbage not properly dispose. That was in the year of 2017 .

I tried a few dishes off the menu @ the jewel outlet today the food was quite meh...5/10. The Omu soufflé lobster bisque risotto...not really up to standard of a risotto more like a pao fan in tomato soup. The only good stuff on the menu for Hoshino would be the dessert menu such as the soufflé pancake.
i still notice many people not used to talking to a camera setting , guess its a norm reaction, btw why get a iphone thou, sony is making a comeback on camera phone
Went to the outlet at Bedok Mall and tried their signature coffee...It was not even good. My Essenso instant coffee 2-in-1 and Essenso espresso tasted better
I had a very bad service experience at Hoshino Coffee, Ion Orchard. I even wrote to their head office, sadly no one cares enough to reply. Their hygiene standard at this restaurant is just disappointing, one of their service staff dipped his thumb onto my pasta and I asked to change it. His manager told him to go into the kitchen and pretend to walk in and later come out with the same dish thinking that I do not know the these restaurant tricks. I !add a complaint to the manager but she did nothing. There was absuptly no safe distance practice, people were seated closely together. Staff were rude and had a can't be bothered attitude. Please think twice before dining at this cafe.

The only coffee I can say is terrible is Starbucks. Coffee is way too bitter and tastes like garbage. Everyone, have a great day!!!

I've always liked Hoshino's food. Not a fan of their coffee (personal choice) and the prices seem to be going up.
