According to rumors Rose and her husband had not lived together in years before this was released in 2019; and that he lives with his lover in Paris. If their marriage is destroyed, I suspect that was why, not William. Hard to keep a marriage going when you live in separate countries. If their affair is true, William would be a symptom, not the cause.
