- Alright so this was my first time renting out a place by myself and this studio (at the time) provided the best value for its price: $1,100/mth. But of course, with anything, you pay for what you get. The size of the apartment is about 180 SqFt and it comes with a nice loft upstairs.
The crossroads for this apartment studio is Yesler Way and 14th Ave. I have both good and bad things to say about this apartment which wasn't covered in the video. However, if you're curious to know more please feel free to shoot me a message and I'll be happy to respond.

I love watching these micro apartment tours because they make my single wide trailer in the country seem huge.
haha this is hilarious!
Being a Seattle native it's incredible how the rent and prices keep rising here.
I work at night shift and hunting for a place like studio just to crash in. But damn if the walls are that thin n can hear nosy neighbor id probably go insane. Thx for sharing
Bro, moving to seattle soon. Kinda dreading the apartment hunting. You seem like a chill dude, subbed.
Thanks buddy!
I'd live in it. It's certainly a lot less to have to clean.
That's true! It's almost perfect for one person to live in :)
Can’t wait to move to Seattle next year!!!! Pumped!
Good luck with that =)
Did you make the move? How did it work out?
I’m tryna figure out if I should live in a coliving space or just rent a room for the same price at someone’s house/town house (especially for sound purposes etc)
I would recommend the latter option for the same price. Coliving space is cool for artist or people who wants to network with others but then you'd have to compromise on privacy.
Small but i like it. I have apartment 85m2 in Ha Noi but :)))) i not have two guitar like you man :))
haha 85 m2 is really big!! This apartment is probably 1/3 of your size :) Cute and Small haha
@@TreyTan yep! Small i can't lazy clean house :)))
Hello,Where is the place of apartment?
@@SC-ez4im Hello, it is called Sorento Flats in Yesler Way. So sorry for the late response.
thanks for the video man, but where do you cook.
Management provides electric stove but I usually eat outside haha
I live in the same complex. Yes, you can hear every that happens at your neighbors. Lol
I know this is an old comment, but how was/is your experience with these small apodments?
Not the best experience after all haha lol
It's fun living there for awhile since it's close to downtown, but you'll get tired of it quick and you'll realize you'd rather live somewhere further out for a bigger space.
EGG Rolls Dice king
Nice the pay good in Seattle for job
Damn you are soooo good looking !
Not bad a 1,100 per month
It's pretty pricy but at the same time people pay for the location!
How much you save a month???
Back then probably $2k/month
Ugh I'm so apartment hunt here in Sea town 😭
Good luck with that Carla! Seattle is not cheap. Another apartment that I recommend is Alder Flats. The one with the loft also has its own kitchen =)
I know its kinda late but right now is a good time to move cause rent goes down
Trey Tan hey I’ve been intrigued if Alder flats. Can you tell me more about it? Pros and cons?
All i want is a small place but cozy decors. Soo much less to clean and organize.
This micro-apartment is too small to feel cozy haha but you're right, much easier to clean.
What apartment complex is this? Not too bad!
Hey Ezra, this is Sorento Flats in Seattle
Where are you from originally? Like your accent!
Hi Ruilin, thank you so much! I'm from Singapore =)
