Then manager calls and screams at me for trying to resign. Saying some terrible things. Suggested we can automate a lot of things. Things ten people have to manually do. Got shot down immediately. Well, I now work for a startup and it's fun. Long hours but ima say worth. I'm learning a lot.

@Supratik Sarkar If someone being a fresher gets a better offer in terms of money than others in the current market that's not a hike. Hike takes place when your first evaluation is done or someone changes organization. That means definitely he is experienced even if that is 6 months or 3 months.So he doesn't fall in the category of freshers. That's the way institutes fool people.

For learning end to end implementation *free*, you have to search a ton, this channel is obviously good. Even some famous paid courses are there for free downloads from Torrents (search using Google or use Torrz app), which are obviously illegal.

You will get to work in broader senario's and use cases in consultings. Product based can be bit difficult to do that bcz it depends on PM
