Going to the doctor is EXTREMELY important. My fiancé got a colonoscopy done 2 years ago and we found out he had colon cancer. Prior to, he would never go to the doctor. After doing a year of chemo along with changing his diet (and taking some herbal supplements) he has been in remission for 4 months now. So please everyone go to the DOCTOR!
I’m now parenting my parent, facilitating my mother’s healthcare. We need to handle our senior loved one’s health issues, and explain everything to them. People are quick to dismiss, mishandle, and take advantage of them.
Not sure why, but I got really emotional listening to Tony talk about his relationship with his ex and breaking the ice with her husband. The good energy was overwhelming. ❤✌🏽✊🏽
Tony wearing a sweater for his wedding was a foreshadowing. I like Tony though. He seems like a solid dude (and he's hilarious). Go with the flow definitely sounds like "he playing games". Tab is cute trying to lightweight hook Tony up. I loved the honesty in this convo. Glad y'all came back to Friday's With Tab and Chance.
Keep being you Tony! When you're open and honest, people know exactly what they're dealing with. An abnormal mammogram can put you in a tailspin. I had a calcification that wouldn't have been detected by a physical test. Thankfully, it wasn't cancerous. But, the thought of it being cancer and going undetected because I put off getting a mammogram (which I did for two years) is scary and heartbreaking. Mammos, paps, colonoscopies, most insurance covers those once a year, whether the doctor's office offers it or not. If you're paying for it, GET IT DONE! So much can change in a year, in six months. We worry about bills and relationships, but without your health, what do you have? So, prioritize it.❤
Hi Tab & Chance, your smiles are so radiant and natural genuine. I keep trying to catch you guys live. I’m always an hour late. But I love the contents and how you and Chance vibe together. Blessing to you both. We are singing your song.
DANG! That was a great episode! I love it when men are willing to be transparent and open. It helps me understand them more and relate to them in a healthier way. Also, Tony is so funny! Thanks Tab and Chance!
Great convo from these 3. I love it. Tab and Tony have a lot in common. I never knew who Tony Baker was until he appeared on Fridays with Tab and Chance. After learning more about him, quite a few of his experiences sound very similar to Tab's. I just find that so cool.
I enjoyed Fridays with Tab, Chance and Tony!!! Taking care of yourself medically and making, as well as keeping appointments are of paramount importance! I’ll be Tony’s Doctor!!! Hook me up Chance!!! Just KIDDING 🤪🤣I have a great sense of humor!!!🤣🤣🤣Love y’all 🥰🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
5:50 I went for my 2nd colonoscopy in august. They were playing Baby Got Back when I was wheeled in. Same experience, I hit them with “my anaconda don’t want none…” then BAM I was awake.
Tonyyyys back again and still didn't remember the intro 😂😂😂 All jokes aside very informative for both men and women go get check my people. Always a good time with Tony 🍞🥰
I went through the same thing as Tab (Tissue mass), have had the same scare a few times. I wish they would have marked mine or put it in my records, it really gets you stressed out for NO reason. I will follow up with the facility and my PCP. Mammograms as well as a yearly checkup are Extremely important even for younger age groups. Thank you for sharing Tab. Love ya'll.
Great advice! As you may know, some men get breast cancer also i.e. Richard Roundtree. So glad prostrate cancer screening is no longer intimidating to men.
I love your wedding story and remember all of us young couples and our babies at God’s House Church, Tony. You were always hilarious back then. Cherie was and still is gorgeous.
Tab Thank you for saying we parent from where we stopped being parented. 🤔I had to think, in my 20’s I made my own appointments, my Mom called to remind me. When my son is in his 20’s and I reminded him. I never looked at it that way and yes, we most certainly do. My son makes his own appointments and I will be proactive in checking to did he get his prostate checked 😉👍🏽 Thanks for this episode. Tony it’s good you’re transparent, timing. Say things in the appropriate time so you don’t miss out on a potential 😉 Being a foodie, I ask people what they eat too. Many get on the defensive since I am Vegan. Not trying to tell you to do anything, genuinely interested in what you ate because I truly like food. Maybe like food too much 🤷🏽♀️ It’s good you’re transparent, think timing 😉 Everything don’t have to be said in the first hour…feel the vibe and kinda get their perspective before you Tell Tell McGee 😊
Yes, not all men go to the doctor until it’s too late. My father in law needs to see a doctor about his health and hasn’t really addressed the problem.
Ok so I remember my colonoscopy my doctor took a picture of my backside.bi was like wow is that part of the deal ...mind you he was alone with his phone ..yeah! Next thing I know I'm out. I remember that flash..ol perv
Tab made a comment that really struck me. My mother struggled with dementia for 6 years and passed when I was 49. I was only “mothered” until I was 43. There’s so much more that I needed to learn from her about being a mother to adult children. Whew! 🥹🥹🥹
That would be cool to see how it went but her kids maybe too young to be on his radar as Tony's son is a young adult. May not want to deal with younger kids and lack of freedom. That could just be the projection in me though!
Maybe men should treat the process of scheduling and going to the doctor the same way they treat the process of buying the best tickets online, parking 18 blocks away, and navigating through a bumper-to-bumper crowd of 61,087 fans entering an arena to attend a football or basketball game, then they wouldn’t feel intimidated at all.😂
I ❤LOVE❤ how Tony is not only HILARIOUS 😂 but also willing to be SO TRANSPARENT! ❤️🍞
Agree
Chance's law enforcement background kicked in hard "that sounds dangerous!" 😆
I was thinking it was dangerous too 😂
Y'all can always bring Tony back.
Always. I will watch any Tony Baker interview.

@@jewellcurry3468 I'm glad to hear that he's been in remission for 4 months.🫂🤗🙏🏾
Praise him 🙌

So true!
Yup. My Mom is sharp, but my Dad needs assistance. My sister or I always go with him, take all the notes and ask all the questions.
My first time hearing about Tony’s divorce, I love how honest he was about it
Oh we got TB back in the building 🍞🍞🍞
LISTEN!!!! My ex-husband is retired military and DOES NOT go to the doctor, even when he was active duty. I hope somebody is checking on that man.😅
😂😂😂
Tony is such a good heart🥰 Appreciate his thoughtfulness for his ex-wife.
I appreciate the transparency and the real conversation about men’s health.
Oh, Part II is up and AINT NOBODY TELL ME NOTHING?! 🗣🗣🗣
RIGHT!
Not sure why, but I got really emotional listening to Tony talk about his relationship with his ex and breaking the ice with her husband. The good energy was overwhelming. ❤✌🏽✊🏽
Love Tony and all that he represents. He was such a great guest!

Well, that was fast. Love to see it. Tony's consistent with what matters to him. Solid. ✊🏾
Started getting mammograms at 35 due to family history. Thank God for 3-D images now.
I would love a "Cooking with Tab & Tony"
Keep being you Tony! When you're open and honest, people know exactly what they're dealing with.

I cannot look at this guy without the freaking Spectrum One song playing in my head 😩
Mine is “look at who you came to see” 😂😂
@@PHealed 🤣🤣. And what’s even crazier is I had just hung up with Spectrum canceling service, then saw this 😆
Just when I think I can't love Tony anymore. 'Preciate you!

Hi Tab & Chance, your smiles are so radiant and natural genuine. I keep trying to catch you guys live. I’m always an hour late. But I love the contents and how you and Chance vibe together. Blessing to you both. We are singing your song.

"Fridaaaay, Fridaaaay, Fridaaaay with Tab N Chance (pause) & Tony"....Easy change to the song to make Tony a semi permanent/permanent fixture 🤞🏾🤞🏾
“A sweater?” 😂😂😂😂 30:56
5:50 I went for my 2nd colonoscopy in august. They were playing Baby Got Back when I was wheeled in. Same experience, I hit them with “my anaconda don’t want none…” then BAM I was awake.

Great episode! I didn’t realize Tony’s ex has the same name as me.

Tell Tony i'm just like him. I like the house and just chill but we are so far away. :)
Speaking of when parents stop parenting what's up with some mothers stop caring for their daughter's hair once they reach a certain age?

Chance is giving very much.. Nick Ashford. ( That's before y'all time )😂
How Tony fumble the song? 😂😂
Ok so I remember my colonoscopy my doctor took a picture of my backside.bi was like wow is that part of the deal ...mind you he was alone with his phone ..yeah! Next thing I know I'm out. I remember that flash..ol perv
Hearing that men are intimidated just by the whole process of making a doctors appointment is actually kind of sad 🥺
Brother Chance, where did you get that shirt?
❤❤❤

Oh Lord 😂😂😂😂
Hey Family ❤
I wouldn’t be mad at a Tia Mowry and a Tony Baker couple. 👀👀👀 slide in the DMs Tony!
👀👀👀👀👀 I second that notion
That would be cool to see how it went but her kids maybe too young to be on his radar as Tony's son is a young adult. May not want to deal with younger kids and lack of freedom. That could just be the projection in me though!
