Excellent ride out Mr Brown and on a bike which you made yourself , always a bonus ! I also have had a time slip incident , it happened not so long ago . I had occasion to visit the brick outhouse and just as I was getting comfortable, I got notification on my phone of the return of an old RUclipsr . Well , I thought I might have just a quick look to see what the old b*gger is up to . Well one thing led to another and as the videos were so enthralling, time began to have no meaning . When I emerged, the birds had stopped singing and the world was silent and dark . I felt my way along the path and entered a house devoid of light and people . I crept up the stairs and fumbled my way into bed , not daring to wonder if the other side was occupied and by whom ( or even by what ) . Suddenly an unearthly voice bellowed into the darkness. " Where the bleedin hell have you been all this time ?" . I stammered that I'd only been gone 10 minutes . But it had been several hours . I call this the " Kharzi Time Slip Incident " . 😊
What a cracking video, you remind me of an old boy Jack Hargreaves from the 60s 70s l loved to watch on Southern tv, don't know if you have heard of him. 👍
Enjoyed this VB, great film around countryside, what it is all about!, deft worth a return for look inside the old church 👍 love seeing old stuff on bike rides, like time travelling to these places, and the stories, thanks for sharing! Cheers Bruce
Well Badley Church did you see Margret, worked her and her badgers closed the road. I believe it has a service at Christmas or did. Enjoy the journey dear bouy.
535 'Fury' eh ...great to see you VB . When I was a young-fella , I had a ride in a Plymouth-Fury . He told me to try and lean-forward to touch the windscreen as he accelerated.. I couldn't ! Those locations are very-interesting , nothing like this in NZ Dave
Another great Video VB, hear in Oz, our settlement history is short so viewing really old buildings from your area during your ride is facilitating to say the least.. I vote to have a look inside the church, great story, it’s like an episode of the old TV series the ‘Twilight Zone’… BTW nice 535 Fury, it’s not too loud.. Phil 🇦🇺👌👍
Really enjoyed that one VB. 👌👍😉 So glad you're back on YT again. Are you back for good now ? That first Church you visited is in a poor state. So sad really. What I don't like is that the Church of England found a £100m in the pot to "address past wrongs", after its investment fund was found to have historic links to slavery but there's no money in the pot to restore this old church. Kersey is a quaint little village. Those old buildings have so much more character than these new builds. 👍👌😉
Lovely tour of Suffolk ! I've only ever stopped off in Southwold once back in the early 80's. As for timeslips, the only other one I know about was on Bold Street in Liverpool, close to where I used to work.
Excellent episode. I think as a small channel, tours like this broaden your appeal greatly. I was based at Honington 75 - 78 and used to explore the area on my C15 and later Speet Twin, so I loved it. Bike looks magnificent.
Greetings from a Brit living in Alberta Canada VB. Thanks for the ride out. I will be getting out myself on my 2007 Triumph Speed Triple soon. All the best.
Hi VB, loved that black an white footage, like stepping back in time. The little river running through Chelsworth is the Brett, I’d like to say, know it well but, I cheated I looked on google maps 😔 nice to know Coastrider is keeping an eye on you to. SS
@user-cc4pr8wc4w The black and white footage was an afterthought, added it in the editing! You didn't cheat, everyone and his uncle uses Google maps these days!!
Lovely video and country ride out nice for me to see as i moved from Wales some years ago. My best wishes to you from the Philippines ❤️💪👍😉😀😁🏁🏍️🛺🐑🇵🇭🏴
Great stuff Mr VB! I'd be more than happy to see the church inside. I noticed some of the headstones were quite new looking. It's a thing of mine if I go to a church to look at the ages of the people on the headstones. Some only lived short lives but there are surprisingly long lives lived in the previous times. I must look up why the houses are in those pastel shades too.
@simonchilli2088 Talking about houses painted in pastel shades, I had a mate come down from Newcastle and stop with me for a week. He insisted that I showed him the local sights. We drove through a village and he suddenly shouted STOP! STOP! BACK UP!! I asked what he had seen? He said, there's a pub and it's painted pink! I said yeah, and? he replied If you painted a pub pink up in Newcastle it would be burnt down within the hour!!!
Lovely bike, great tour, I'll bimble round it on my Mahindra Goldstar, interesting what you said about putting a cam in the 535, I've just fitted a Hitchcocks cam, decat, air filter and fuel healer on a classic 350 for one of our mutual friends, blimey it's woken the 350 up a treat, 20 to 27 bhp and much more ummf.
Thanks mate that was highly enjoyable! I love the out of the way spots, and what better way to see them than on a Royal Enfield. Great stuff!! Really glad you're back 🙂
It would be interesting to see the inside of the church. My experience of Road Runners in the 70's was that, although they had good adherence, they wore out very quickly. Maybe they've improved by now,
Great video very interesting, like the 535,looks like the perfect bike to go exploring all those out of the way places on,also like the old Suzuki jeep (SJ410?)by the narrow bridge, don't see many of those around now!
Me, living in a big and noisy city and i'm sick of it. I can appreciate the piece and quiet in the countryside but with my engineering profession, can make living from there.
I'm not a church goer but it's sad to see the old church decaying, symbolic really of England today. Perhaps God has turned He's back on a Badly behaved World 🌎 😳 Great video , thanks.
@williamharris4426 No, they are not cheap. I have converted three of mine now. The Beauty is you can play with the jetting and get it spot on and it makes the ECU just about redundant too!
I've seen the same issue several times after owners have fitted a new Reg/Rec or Boyer power box, they take the easy route & put both output wires direct to the battery terminals bypassing the Ammeter altogether. After all the shortest wiring route must give the best charging, right ?
Time slips eh? Yes me too. Only yesterday I was 16 and this morning I am 76. Where did that 60 years go?
Excellent ride out Mr Brown and on a bike which you made yourself , always a bonus !

😂😂😂😂😁
Brilliant thanks for the tour.
I look around the inside of church would be great.
So would i 👌
Thanks! I will try and arrange it on Sunday.
What a cracking video, you remind me of an old boy Jack Hargreaves from the 60s 70s l loved to watch on Southern tv, don't know if you have heard of him. 👍
@markpercy4277 I take that as a huge compliment! I have watched everything he did!
Very rare to see any buildings from that era so well preserved will take a visit in the summer maybe like to get off the main road
Enjoyed this VB, great film around countryside, what it is all about!,
deft worth a return for look inside the old church 👍 love seeing old stuff on bike rides, like time travelling to these places, and the stories, thanks for sharing!
Cheers Bruce
@Coastriderscotland Your welcome Bruce! Just thought I would do something a little different for a change!
PS...if I recounted all my 'time-slips'..they'd lock me up..Dave
So nice to have you back on RUclips! Any chance of putting your old vid back up? I only got through watching about half of them! Cheers, Ed
@edgoodfella2052 Click on my name and you will find all my old video's!
Love the trip Volcanlc, and all those historic churches and villages.
@colincraig6269 Thanyou! Yes they are everywhere!
Another great Video VB, hear in Oz, our settlement history is short so viewing really old buildings from your area during your ride is facilitating to say the least.. @philcox8771 Thanks Phil, It's really loud when your riding it, camera doesn't pick it up though.
Really enjoyed that one VB. 👌👍😉

@ianwoollard9008 Look again my friend, it's actually in very good repair!
That was a smashing video; you've made an old ex pat very homesick again. Thanks very much ;)
@cousinjack2841 Your welcome!
Good video, and a very nice sounding bike, really enjoyed it, I would like to see inside the church if it’s not to much hassle.
Thanks, will try and get back over there on Sunday.
Lovely tour of Suffolk ! I've only ever stopped off in Southwold once back in the early 80's. As for timeslips, the only other one I know about was on Bold Street in Liverpool, close to where I used to work.
Great story and video ,so peacful, lovely bike.
Vairy Interestink! Lovely ride out and spooky History to boot, Cheers, DINO.
@dinomalta712 Glad you liked it!
Excellent episode.

@timsatchell6713 Thankyou! just try something a bit different!
Greetings from a Brit living in Alberta Canada VB. Thanks for the ride out. I will be getting out myself on my 2007 Triumph Speed Triple soon. All the best.
Thanks! Ride safe.

Half way through watching Mr.Brown but fantastic to see. I’ll pick it back up after work thank you 😉
Lovely video and country ride out nice for me to see as i moved from Wales some years ago. My best wishes to you from the Philippines ❤️💪👍😉😀😁🏁🏍️🛺🐑🇵🇭🏴
@gordonsuddery4635 Thanks Gordon! I bet the scenery is a little different to Wales, where you are!
Hi bud good to see you out and about all mended well all the best
@billyking722 Yes, I'm getting there!
A fascinating old church and story of Kersey.
That was an excellent ride. You covered a lot of one of my cycling routes, looks flat on camera, not so flat when pedalling 🚴.
@billellis6538 Yes it is surprisingly hilly around that area.
Great stuff Mr VB! I'd be more than happy to see the church inside. I noticed some of the headstones were quite new looking. I bet there is some good fish round that house would like to spend a day fishing there
@billyking722 There are! if the sun is not on the water, you can often see them.
cams and a pipe and the sound is great .
@mred7030 It's a ton louder when your riding it than what the camera picks up!!
What a lovely bike! Excellent shivery story ! I looked it up.
Thanks! A bit spooky!
Thanks mate that was highly enjoyable! I love the out of the way spots, and what better way to see them than on a Royal Enfield. Great stuff!! Really glad you're back 🙂
@felixVanDiemen Thankyou!
I had a 535 Lightning that had been privately imported from India to UK.
Yes, I know someone who has one too!
It would be interesting to see the inside of the church. My experience of Road Runners in the 70's was that, although they had good adherence, they wore out very quickly. Maybe they've improved by now,
Top video VB, Suffolk is fantastic. Thanks for the stories 👍
@GlynOC I do run on a bit!
Wow that is one sweet bike!
Nice bike. Helicopter pilot said, look a noisy old motorbike 😂
@zedcharlie My bike makes more row than his Helecopter!
Great video and story mr brown .
Love the thump of the single and a beautiful bike.
Thanks again 👍😊
@jimbo9310 Thanks! it's a lot louder in real life, the camera doesn't pick it up!
Yup that is a very nice bike
@basilwatson1 I think so too!
Great video very interesting, like the 535,looks like the perfect bike to go exploring all those out of the way places on,also like the old Suzuki jeep (SJ410?)by the narrow bridge, don't see many of those around now!
@patrickgreenman8248 Thanks! Yes, those Suzuki's are getting a bit scarce nowdays.
I love what you’ve done to the bike, is great and looks a lot older than it is, well done 👍
@martindavies8326 Thanks, it's based on the original Fury.
thank you for the Suffolk tour.... very interesting... looking forward to further videos... love the bike... keep safe, all best..
@jamesball3942 Thanks James!
Great video
Lovely part of the world you live in
All the best
@nickmonkey284 Thanks 👍
Me, living in a big and noisy city and i'm sick of it. I can appreciate the piece and quiet in the countryside but with my engineering profession, can make living from there.
@Stefan_trekkie Yes, it's difficult, you will have to use my video's as an escape!
Thanks, very interesting, love the bike 👍
@garrysmith9246 It's not everyone's cup of tea with that styling, but I like it!
A piece of History there.I got a small Country Church not far away from where I live up in the Ranges.
Fury looks great.
@ruahinesrider That Fury isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I have done my best!
I'm not a church goer but it's sad to see the old church decaying, symbolic really of England today.
Perhaps God has turned He's back on a Badly behaved World 🌎 😳
Great video , thanks.
We reap what we sow.
It's in pretty good shape. It's grade 1 listed and the church conservation trust spend buckets of money on it! Just a shame it doesn't get used.
What a beautiful bike and loved the tour and stories. Keep them coming please.
Thankyou! Will do!
Did you do the carb convertion, I have a continental 535, and am thinking of doing the same, the kit`s are not cheap though!
@williamharris4426 No, they are not cheap. I have converted three of mine now. The Beauty is you can play with the jetting and get it spot on and it makes the ECU just about redundant too!
Great video , really enjoyed that. And yes you should go back to the church . That enfield fury is lovely.
Thanks Jim!
I've seen the same issue several times after owners have fitted a new Reg/Rec or Boyer power box, they take the easy route & put both output wires direct to the battery terminals bypassing the Ammeter altogether. After all the shortest wiring route must give the best charging, right ?
@gvinrad That is about the size of it! An easy fix though.
👍👍
nice
Thanks! You have a cool channel! I spent a good while running jaw crushers when I was younger!
I think RE ought to have just looked at your Fury and put the 650 engine in it and called it the Classic. All the right proportions.
@jonathanmellish4439 It woukd fit the frame easily!
Just beautiful. Does the lack of air filter cause issue?
Non at all! The carburettor is jetted accordingly and the intake has a fine wire mesh.
Your motorcycle need s a set of crashbars
@Frank-e9p No thanks.
