      Thank you !!! I love learning from your videos. ☺️
      Shortly after I started my tank in August, I almost gave it up because I got frustrated with trying to curb the aggression between my Peacocks specifically. But I’ve learned a lot watching your videos and I can now say that I am enjoying the ride!!!
      Btw: the addition of my Blood Parrot made a huge difference. HaHa 🤣 He is the official Ring Leader of the whole tank!! Who would’ve thought

I think I know which fish you're missing; a lethrinops... (I prefer Oculatus, Kande, or Marginatus). They are some of the most colorful I've ever seen and your friends at Costal have a nice Oculatus. That’s a lot of fish. Now my question is I have a 55 gallon with 6 juvenile peacocks how many peacocks can I have in one 55gallon?

    • @KaveManAquatics
      @KaveManAquatics  3 года назад +2

      55 gallons is the minimum tank size, go for about 10 juvenils and keep an eye on the aggression, if its a lot you may need to add a few more.

    HI, can you explain best method to put new fish in aquariums, my oscar/
    parrot always attack to new fish and get injured even if I put large
    size (I added 2 green terror) that was attacked by them. pls explain

    • @KaveManAquatics
      @KaveManAquatics  3 года назад +1

      Your tank may not be big enough. Oscars need a lot of tank space or they will get very territorial. Usually I add fish during a water change and I move decor around to reset territories. Here’s a video I did on adding more African Cichlids, it may help in your tank as well - ruclips.net/video/4uziIA0S8KQ/видео.html

    • @KaveManAquatics

      Number 1 way is overstocking. It helps spread and mitigate aggression on any 1 specific fish.

    Great video man! This was well worth the wait! Is it normal for some of them to have a super slight upwards curve on their belly? I just did a 2 week treatment for internal parasites following your method and am paranoid they might not have gone away. All poop looks good though now.

    • @KaveManAquatics
      @KaveManAquatics  3 года назад

      Thanks bro, usually that curve on the belly is sunken belly which indicates internal parasites. If you noticed my guy flava flave has a sunken belly as well but hes just coming off a round of medication. But yea, Keep an eye on the poop and make sure they arent spitting out food. They should fatten up soon.
