To answer your no.3, yes it is possible. It helps depending on how fast you want your Electro application. If I'm not mistaken Burning ranks higher in order of reactions vs overload but Quicken has highest priority. Arlechinno has a built in ICD on her pyro application, overload sticks on targets for about 5 seconds

Definitely worth experimenting on when Emilie comes out. But I personally prefer thoma full HP build with sufficient ER, with deep wood set because I always stagger with Xiangling when I use Wrio. Emilie, Thoma, Wrio, Im still having trouble with the 4th member, maybe Shenhe
Why does she need so many ER in Wrio's team? My Nahida is doing well with 140% ER + 1 Favonius in Wrio's burnmelt team. Like Nahida, she just needs 50 energy, though?
She needs 171% er if not favonius or double dendro. But you can use favonius with attack sands and it lowers her eanergy requirements to around 140-150%

Its not great on her, since while at high refinment, the stats that it provides are quite good on her, in basically all her teams, you are running bennett on her teams, who is an single target healer who only heals if the character is below 70%, so unless you are playing a vape furina team with emilie on-field, you just wont see great use from the weapon
I would be pulling for emilie if not for the upcoming units after her. 3 in particular: the neuvillette powercreep, the [redacted], and lastly, the pyro archon ofc.

Are you kidding me she's a 80 energy off field DPS she WOULD NOT be able to fill that in time even if you used Favonius Lance on Zhongli. You all have been using her with either Bennett or Raiden for so long that you forget her massive downside of being energy blackhole. When she's not able to provide pyro due to her inevitable down time then Emilie's damage will falls off the cliff as well. Why are you not adressing this? Don't act like Xiangling is capable of providing her own energy, please. Either you used her with Thoma or Dehya in this team because both provides energy for her. They can also provide pyro reaction in a pinch to keep Emilie's buff afloat. Zhongli here feels like just braindead tacked on option for sustain, completely disregarding the massive energy needed by Xiangling to keep her burst uptime 100. Honestly I'm very disappointed with a lack of proper acknowledgement in this regard. If you ignore meta characters massive downside, ofc they become obnoxiously overused.

It's a decent stat stick weapon but deathmatch is still better overall because it give more crit than new BP spear. And EM will never be good for her no matter what

She’s better in one single team and that’s mono pyro. In a lot of other teams emilie teams you just play them together. She’s not better than Xiangling by any means, she still is better assuming you can vape her hits, she’s a very good option with Émilie and she’s still a very good pyro applicator

yes all her personal damage is dependent on if the enemy is burning… and her off-field dendro application is fairly slow so in quicken/aggravate teams you’re still better off using a character like Nahida for dendro application
uhm she would just apply dendro very slowly with no real damage. the scent and thus upgrade of the case happens through burning enemies. you theoretically only have the 2.8 seconds of lvl 3 casing during burst, then it's lvl 1 again. She is an actual off field dps, not an applicator or buffer.
U can add Dehya as a tank sustain for reverse melt teams like with Ganyu or Wrio. Basically swapping out Bennett for Dehya if you don't wanna play circle impact. Alternatively, like me, you can play mono pyro and swap out Arle for Dehya as a main dps and Xiangling for Emilie
Nahida is definitely more better but I like Emilie cuz she’s cute and I also like her gameplay at the end of the day just pull for who you like cuz the whole point of playing this game is to have fun
Thanks for you correction, I've realised my mistake 🙏. The effect stat is like this: After leaving combat for 3s, DMG dealt increases by 50%. In combat, if no Burning opponents are nearby for more than 6s, this DMG Bonus will decrease by 10% per second until it reaches 0%. When a Burning opponent exists, it will increase by 10% instead until it reaches 50%. This effect still triggers if the equipping character is off-field. So I thought I would only apply if the character is off-field.

uhm she would just apply dendro very slowly with no real damage. the scent and thus upgrade of the case happens through burning enemies. you theoretically only have the 2.8 seconds of lvl 3 casing during burst, then it's lvl 1 again. She is an actual off field dps, not an applicator or buffer.
No burning means her damages beinf divided by like 6. Youd'd rather play her without artifacts and level 1 weapon

how good is she with dehya?
U can add Dehya as a tank sustain for reverse melt teams like with Ganyu or Wrio. Basically swapping out Bennett for Dehya if you don't wanna play circle impact. Alternatively, like me, you can play mono pyro and swap out Arle for Dehya as a main dps and Xiangling for Emilie
Can she be in a team with dehya? I don’t care if it’s good. I just want to use dehya a fun team 😅

Nahida is a core unit to like 90%+ of Dendro-related teams, Emilie is a bit more niche.
Nahida is definitely more better but I like Emilie cuz she’s cute and I also like her gameplay at the end of the day just pull for who you like cuz the whole point of playing this game is to have fun
On Nahida case you won't doing cryo+dendro team and also maybe doing dendro+pyro team as well..

The effect stat is like this:
After leaving combat for 3s, DMG dealt increases by 50%. In combat, if no Burning opponents are nearby for more than 6s, this DMG Bonus will decrease by 10% per second until it reaches 0%. When a Burning opponent exists, it will increase by 10% instead until it reaches 50%. This effect still triggers if the equipping character is off-field.
So I thought I would only apply if the character is off-field.
