Cool looking plane. Looked like it has differential thrust based on the taxi out video. Does it have rudder and nose wheel steering. Thanks for posting,

Thanks for watching! Yes it operates with counter rotating props. It does have a rudder, 2 actually on the end of each vertical stabilizer. It also has a steering nose wheel.
