In South Africa we are still upset with Tyla over something she recently did. At the same time I'm really happy that she is proving to her haters that she is truly an international super star. Those in America who think that they can cancel her because she refuses to erase her identity to appease them are delusional if they actually think they have any kind of power to cancel her music career. Let's be clear about something: Tyla is a South African artist doing South African music. Before going to America she was already famous and she was already a superstar. Therefore, America CANNOT break her, simply because America DID NOT make her. She is South African. Without South Africa there is no Tyla. Without America, she is still an international superstar as she keeps proving over and over again. Thanks for loving on our girl guys. Respect.

I’ve been on all social media platforms since Sunday watching Tyla’s performance in South Korea and I’m loving it.
Most African artists are recognised in the US and Europe but not much in Asia and I’m glad she’s gotten that far!! ❤❤
My next wish is to see her collaborate with a K-pop group like BTS 🤗(not a fan of girl groups) because none of them have been to Africa but I’m hoping that it will be a stepping stone for them to com to SA!
I’m also happy that she has kept her choreographer, best friend and dancers from SA and I think it keeps her grounded and mentally sane because besides the success, she probably has it tough as well.
She’s just a little girl in my eyes and I’m proud of her. 🥲🇿🇦
Also when are you two coming to SA?
