u need to pay extra as its not included in the normal package

You would have to buy a day pass to the grand or if you sit through a presentation you can usually get multiple free day passes

Question. I going to grand moon palace this summer. Beside US passport what other paperwork requirements? Do we needs to fill out any paper enter cancun?

Nothing that you need in advance. they have you fill something out on the plane though.
