Geno never emerged as a viable starter w the Jets and until he landed in Seattle he didn’t do much. Winston is not in a stable situation in Cleveland w this offense.

Winston averaged 28.6ppg without them and he didn't have Evans the last 4 games and Godwin the last 2.

The Browns need to focus on the future. Deshaun project has failed. They need to shift their attention to the draft. That’s the only way to fix this mess. The window is closing. Look At Washington, if you draft a good quarterback it will pay huge dividends. I think Jalen Milroe has a high ceiling and they need to take a long look at him. He is in the mold of Lamar Jackson. He can throw the deep ball like 80 yards. He can run like the wind and he would flourish under Kevin Stefanski. I would either trade Zadarius Smith, Dalvin Tomlinson, Jedrick Wills, Joe Bitonio, and Jack Conklin for picks. Draft a tackle or guard in the second round. But you need to take a quarterback in the first round. That’s the only way to fix this. I would take a flier in a project quarterback also in the late rounds.
