The BEST Galactus Deck I'VE Played! Lockdown Galactus | Infinity Conquest | Marvel Snap

- Today we take on the infinity conquest with Galactus! Instead of going for the destroy/nimrod Galactus we instead use multiple powerful T5 options to control and lockdown the game. By having multiple follow up plays after a ramp the opponent has to guess which direction we are playing for in that round leaving room for misplay! This was one of the best feeling decks that I've ran! Easy snap/retreat lines and powerful counterplay to the opponents plans.

Think more people should adopt the model of not reminding to Subscribe every video as it just becomes white noise/not as genuine after awhile and just asking every few videos or so... although, I can see where you never know when someone's first time watching would be.

I always have iron fist for my galactus deck right now. T4 iron fist T5 spidey T6 galactus or T5 iron fist and shuti then T6 galactus.

Replaced Spider-Man with Leader after the nerf and this is still viable! Went from 73-93 entirely with that (so far).
How crucial is JEFF to this deck and what can I replace him with ?
What was the thought process behind the orka inclusion? Just curious. Additionally, what do you think would be some other options in that spot?
Orka acts as another "Galactus on 6", it pairs well with Hobgoblin and since the deck is a lockdown you just need to win one lane with a lockdown and the other with a huge play which is a Galactus+Hob or Orka+Hob. Its like how Orka is another Destroyer on a Spectrum-Destroyer Ongoing Deck.

Haven't played against Galactus for such a long time I forgot about the card:-) And I don't mind, no need to remind people about it! But Thanos lockdown oh boi... 50 % of my games. Fortunately kitty deck with goose and killmonger turned me into Thanos slayer.
I think galactus into Lukes bar was the better option you could have spidermaned into prof x for the win there with them not really having any plays.

I dont understand the Orka inclusion? Can you elaborate?
Wouldnt something like Chavez be better in the long run? It thins the deck and if we need its 9 power, only 2 less than Orka (by my experience Orka is more often an 11 than the ongoing on a single lane).
Trying to climb with this deck and it feels good but Orka so far is being completely useless to me.
Interesting take on Lockdown. I'd be tempted to put in a Cloak to help bait them into a contested lane while freeing up a lane for a Galactus paly. I don't have Galactus but I may end up getting him next Spotlight cache depending on RNG. Not a fan of the Big Bads but if you can't beat em, join em.

Great video and deck! conquest is all about those big swings and surprise plays and retreat even when its a pain.

Match 3 and 4 is where you want to watch then! Galactus is no longer great as an all in card there are too many ways to counter him. By leveraging multiple game winning play lines we can make him efficient, but he can't dominate every other archetype like he could before

Also I must say, I really appreciate how inclusive your reference to opponent's genders are. I noticed it in the matches against Timbadiabla. You did not assume they are a male. So many other creators will default to using "his" or "him," but you used "they" and "their." kudos to you!

Ohhh nooo I have summoned the monster!! Most versions feel like they are easily dealt with, but this one only lightly leaning on Galactus makes it tricky to beat

I'm hoping that we see enough card support that makes him less consistent soon! It makes it feel like you need to either be a tempo deck or have cards that gain power over the game like surfer to pressure it back
@@TLSGMarvelSnap see, and that’s why I’m subbed. I agree, he’s so consistent it’s crazy, and it can be a surprise “I win” card just like old galactus. I heard Jeff say that cards like Capn Marvel should be able to move into his lane. I think changes like that would be healthier than taking power away or raising his cost.
Why no Death ?
Galactus on 5 isn't our primary play so we often don't get a cheap enough death to be valuable. Galactus is often on either turn 4 or 6. 4 would allow a t5 spiderman and 6 is after either a hobgoblin or something else impacts their lane that we confident they can't overcome!

Im tired of all of these decks with Jeff. By the time some of us get Jeff, these creators will start making other decks 10 times better where we wont need Jeff anymore
Jeff has Been good in galactus for awhile he allows extra reach into prof x lane and allows you to play into a lane to grab priority and then move him later.
In a lockdown meta he is incredibly strong and doesn't have a 1-1 replacement. As Long as storm/prof x are prevalent jeff will remain prevelant as well. You can cut him for another 2 cost or even a 1 cost nightcrawler but it's not a perfect sub
There are so many cards being buffed, and better combos, brings Jeff's overall value down imo I like the new Carol, she's almost as good as Jeff
What would you replace Jeff with here? Not having Jeff is painful.
There's not a perfect change, but I think you could get away with nighcrawler! He gives the ability to grab priority in an empty lane and move him out later or shift into the prof x lane!
