After adults bought and sold 4 puppies within one year he has no emotional attachment or depth towards living things, they are playthings. The adults argue intensely showing a lack of love.
I envisage the boy becoming hugely emotionally distant with anger issues similar to his mother and potentially psychopathic, a time bomb of the future.
If I contact authorities the intensify their antisocial behaviour to the point I've had a window smashed and all 4 car tyres slashed. No hard evidence, but they did tell someone they intended to.

...i didn't know that detail but must add: What an odd job he's making of it. Although i can think of a more appropriate word or small number of them that could replace the description of "running", words i dare not write because I've no idea whatsoever where the undrawn legally limiting line pertaining to the once free expression of opinion & once free speech has been placed right now, that line which can disappear or get moved to bend around any chosen certain ethnicity(..ies?) to not cross, that ethereal vague undrawn & undefined line that only if one accidently crosses it out of ignorance of it's effective position & not out of hate nor malice but get locked up nonetheless. Unless one went "all out' to incite hatred, uprising or violence, normally nobody will realise they have crossed "The Line" until the police come banging towards you loudly by unexpectedly pounding relentlessly on one's front door to haul one's.. (only now) ..criminal self away. I'm still not over Nigel (Wotshisname?) who's words on a placard were the same as other's around him but he looked relatively easy for even a dainty non-butch policewoman alone to arrest unlike many other much bigger & younger tougher looking guys standing around him, so it got him to a place where he sadly (& wrongly imo) chose to end it all, I still find it hard to realise that happened as such & got tolerated to a degree & now is mere history, with (effectively now) no victim or perpetrators to talk of snymore, after anger of what his treatment had caused &.was included in many demo's, that appropriate anger was utterly understandable & highly justified (imo) in the general public's mind, but a hideous affair becoming forgotten ...tolerated.
I'm shocked at how our world has changed in the past 5 (or 6, is it yet?) months now ...tho it seem like a decade+ of living in what I imagine life in Pyongyang to be like, with a Kim at top.

Some of the points that have come out were obvious. He wasn't arrested on scene but the authorities knew exactly where he lived and would be, and were at the property within the hour. This means they knew of him, and had either knowledge or strong reasonable suspicion that he was responsible. If they wanted to cover anything up it was the chances to stop him.
