It started out well. The increased responsiveness was nice, although it cost s few mpg. Not too bad a trade off. Then the problems started. The unit would put my vehicle into limp mode. This means I could barely get to 50 mph, and very, very slowly. I contacted the company and they sent me a form letter on how to reset the system. At first it worked. Then it kept happening more and more often. I stayed in contact with them and the only response I would get is the same form letter. I got so exasperated I sent desperate emails asking them to actually read my emails. I also tried going to thrift website and doing a chat. No one ever came on or responded. There was also no phone number to contact them. Finally, they answered one of my previous emails saying their engineers decided I had a defective unit. Their solution was to send me a new unit after I prepaid for shipping! I sent reply emails asking why I should pay them more money for a defective product. The only response was the same form as the beginning. I could not get a personal email and never heard back from them. At this point I just want a refund and there has been no contact from the company. BUYER BEWARE !
Your video on the roar pedal is the reason I bought one. Been 6 months now, no issues. Sorry to hear about yours going crazy. Fingers crossed mine doesn't, I've really enjoyed it.
May I ask what code was being thrown? I've had my Roar Pedal for about a year, and now I'm getting a P3400 code which is "cylinder deactivation, bank 1." Looking at causes, one of the possibilities is "Defective or malfunctioning Throttle Position Sensor". That got me thinking about my roar pedal, and wondering if it was the possible culprit. My searching led me to this video.
Same issue on my 2020 Camry. Code after code until I removed it. Emailed prior to purchase and was confirmed compatible. Now that I have emailed with a complaint no response. Claim 30 day money back guarantee but looks like that's a lie. I have only had it a couple of weeks.
Yeah, my throttle became totally unresponsive. Once I unhooked it, I had no more issues. There are still lots of people that I follow that are still using theirs with no issues, go figure.
I had a problem where a week in my car deadass would not start. And they told me to reset the codes and I did and no problems since. Probably just low quality into it and that’s why it might throw codes. Debating jus taking it out. Like it works as it should at least for my car but definetly fishy

It happened the same way with me. I haven't used it since then.

Yeah, it had been good up until now. I was hoping the reset would fix it. 😔
Same issue and reached out to customer service. They sent a new wiring harness. So far so good. No limp mode.
2018 f150.
Advancetrac, abs, airbag light, and limp mode eith it plugged in nearly 2 years.
I've taken it out, 🤞
You shouldn't have an issue after taking it out. I didn't have any after removing mine.
Very helpful. I am seriously considering getting one.

Sorry for the late response. I don't recall what the code was, my accelerator just quit working.
I had the same issue on my 2020 ram Laramie. Not using
Yea I have one on my Infiniti G 35 and had one on my Hyundai Elantra, it put both of my cars in limp mode so I removed them both.
Thank you I am having issues I’ll disconnect it this weekend
Yeah, it was fun for a while🤷♀️.

There have been a few other people with issues also. Try them thru Instagram as well. I hope you can get your money back. Good luck.
I had the same issue engine light turn on and took to get checked came out to be faulty pedal throttle response.
Was hoping it would keep working. I was enjoying it.
I have one on my 07 jk. Its 3 years old. Have been getting lightning bolt on dash randomly. Will be removing it.
