To day I will show you how to make Dakor na gota or dakor na doodh na gota.In Gujarat Dakor na gota is very popular and Dakor is very famous due to Dudh na gota made by shree Bapalal.Dakor gota recipe is little different.The batter for gota is made with milk. and preperation of making gota is very unique and different.I will share with you very secret and unique recipe to make Dakor na gota very soft from inside and crispy from outside.

1 CUP CHANA DAL
2 TBLS. OIL
2 TBLS. WARM MILK
1/2 CUP MILK
WATER AS REQUIRED
1 TBLS. SESAMR SEEDS
1 TBLS. CORRIENDER SEEDS
1 TSP. CUMIN SEEDS
1 TSP. BADI SAUF
1 TSP. BLACK PEPPER
2-3 CLOVE
1 INCH CINNAMON
2 TBLS. KASUR METHI
1/2 TSP. ASFOETIDA
1/4 TSP. TURMERIC POWDER
1 TSP. DRY MANGO POWDER
1 TSP. KASHMIRI RED CHILLY POWDER
1/2 TSP. GARAM MASALA
1/2 LIMBU NA PHOOL
2 TSP SUGAR
