Piano arrangement of the main theme from the film Skyfall, originally sung by Adele. This piano version has been slightly changed from the original, cutting some verses and changing the ending. I enjoyed playing it very much and I hope you will be satisfied with the arrangement.

Why would it be copyright striked? I thought cover songs are safe to upload and you can only potentially get a content ID claim?

@@OrchestraEclipse Anything copyrighted is subject to a strike, including covers. I even have a mechanical licence, and even that hasn't saved it.
The strike came from "SESAC" (Society of European Stage Authors and Composers), surely the wrong person saw the cover on his worst day and took it out on me by killing the video. I didn't expect it, because it's a 10-year-old movie, and there are millions of Skyfall covers on RUclips...
This is the second strike I have received, the last one was in 2021. My self-reflection on this is that no cover is safe on RUclips. They can be deleted at any time.

thanks friend, i didn't try the dispute because i am not the copyright owner. All the covers we do, we're never safe from finding a strike. It is not usual but it can happen.

Thank you Shawn for your words. RUclips has given me a strike because they have received a copyright claim. All covers are subject to removal by youtube when the copyright owner makes a formal claim (This is different from the Content ID). When you receive a strike, youtube provides you with the contact email of the complainant so that you can contact them and try to convince them to withdraw the claim. I don't think it's worth it because the most likely thing is that they won't answer or they will continue attacking other videos on my channel. They are bad people who don't know the effort behind it and that I don't make money with this...Worst of all, the claim is legitimate and legal.

Hello friend, all the piano covers we make on our channels are copyrighted. Even if we arrange the song, the rights belong to someone else (original composer). If you are unlucky like me, they can delete the video without any explanation at any moment. I hope it never happens to you. This is already the second time I've had a video deleted since I started the channel.
