      If I remember right, DFW writes that he loves Letterman because he just doesn't play along with all the happy-lovely conventions of a talk-show at that time. Let the celeb talk. Flatter them. Play up whatever they're trying to plug. Instead he calls bullshit on it. But Susan St. James rolls with it completely and even gives him back a bit of what he's dishing out.

    Cool bit of trivia. Kate and Allie was taped in the Ed Sullivan Theatre, which later became the home of Letterman's show.

    She had one more and that was Teddy who unfortunately died in 2004 at 14 yearsold.

    Her skin is so healthy and pretty looking. So weird to think she is the same woman from McMillan and Wife. Pretty on both shows.

      Fran Looving she said that her 2nd husband and her decided to go vegetarian and eliminate eating fish. She said that pregnancies were easy with no complications.
