A new subscriber! Of course, I loved the song Leaning on the Everlasting Arms, a favorite since childhood. I do not listen to contemporary gospel. I too live in the country, on 80 acres in WI in a 90 yr. old farmhouse. So far I cannot decorate my front porch, it has wooden floors and has posts , railings & gingerbread-like- trim, every piece has red/white/blue and every 3 yrs. it all needs to be repainted . Well, you guessed it, this is the yr. The problem is, it's been raining too much, and we can't sand on wet wood. Plus the flooring needs another coat of stain. I do have my flowers in containers on my porch What complicates matters is I injured my knee and will get a MRI next wk. DR thinks it may be a stress fracture, and is very painful. I love your porch and the tea looks delicious. We almost have the same last name.
