    Memphis has been living this nightmare since the old Big East raided C-USA 1.0. Fans in Memphis are just plain burnt out.

    Smoak Sr. Alluded to this being the outcome years ago. He was listening to the people that understand how this works.

    Memphis, Tulane, UTSA & USF will all join PAC12 for a bigger share and then they will have 12 teams, it will actually be decent conference. Mountain West will grab NMSU, Sacramento State, the Montana schools and possibly the Dakota schools (all FCS schools will get smaller share)….that will give them 12-14 and everyone will be happy

    It's funny that since the SEC is the big dog, people forget how the alliance voted against Sankey when he was doing what was best for college football. Leaving the G5 and others to make less money. That the B1G played on both sides of the fence and came out on top. It just shows how simple-minded people can be. Now they want Sankey to look out for all of college football. That's not his job. He tied that, now he's no longer interested in doing extracurricular activities.

      Dude you rep LSU, a team that hasn't sniffed the playoffs since last decade and got beaten twice by lowly FSU. Also how is the SEC top dog when the Big 10 makes $60 million to your $50 million?

    • @tremoore9831
      @tremoore9831 16 часов назад

      @CarlaJenkinsTV you came in aggressive. Keep that energy! I rep it proudly, I can't tell who you rep. It's funny, out of everything I said about the B1G. Your only problem is that I called the SEC the top dog?
      You mention that the B1G has a higher TV payout than the SEC. Does more money constitute "top dog" status?
      You mentioned losing to FSU, there's worse teams to lose to. I, for one, thank them for exposing our defense so that the necessary changes could be made.
      Finally, you say LSU hasn't been to/won a CFP Championship since 4 years ago. But you used the word decade in an attempt to mislead people. But let me educate you, the definition of decade, the way you intended means "a period of ten years beginning with a year whose last digit is zero." Since this decade isn't over yet, that means the other definition is at play (a period of ten years). So, not only are you wrong, you made yourself seem unintelligent.
      LSU achieved the same thing that Ohio St & Michigan achieved. 1 National title in the CFP era. But unlike those 2 LSU has won more titles since the creation of post-season designed for the top programs to play each other. Before they they had to vote for it, not earn it on the field.

      @@CarlaJenkinsTV so, now that you can't brag about having more money. Let's get into what actually makes a top dog...
      I'll let YOU decide whatever you think qualifies as success in college football. Then, by whatever category you deem worthy. You tell me where the B1G is better than the SEC. Because it's not what the players care about, National Championships & their ability to be drafted in the NFL. The SEC DOMINATES those categories. But let me know, enlighten me.

    Super league is a bad idea. It's the rich getting richer. No relegation for Power Schools? What? Are you kidding me? We already have the SEC and Big Ten trying to get more than 1 automatic bid for the 12 team playoff. Again, it's the rich trying to get richer. It's unfair. How about earning your spot first. I propose a 16 team playoff with the top 8 (Ranked) Conference Champions getting an automatic bid and then 8 at large bids for everyone else. Base the 8 at large bids on ranking from more than 1 source. Just a thought.

    Folks need to stop whining. If yall G7 teams (ACC + B12) want a seat at the big boy table...WIN and have higher viewership. Its that simple.
    I see G7 fans getting mad at everyone except for their own programs lack of winning.

      Boise State has the 6th best career record in the sport, In the last 25 seasons they have won the 4th most games of any team in the league, they are tied 6th all time for number of undefeated seasons and tied 2nd for the number of undefeated seasons in the last 20 years, they have the 2nd best record ever recorded in NCAA history for any program for an 10 year span in the sport (00-10; only 1890-1900 Yale is greater), and they currently hold the all time ncaa record for consecutive winning seasons at 28.
      Yet theyve never been able to get into a power conference........ Seems like conferences dgaf about winning considering your P2 have programs like Vandy, Miss State, Kentucky, South Carolina, A&M, Rutgers, Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Northwestern, and UCLA.

      @@MattBuild4 | Playing 90% of those wins vs G5 competition. Lets not kid ourselves my guys.
      Nobody...and I do mean NOBODY will ever compare the Mountain West to the SEC.
      Thats like saying NDSU is better than Boise becasue they have more wins and national titles over the past 10 years than Boise St has their entire history.
      You see how that sounds? Now lets not play that game sir.

      @@shallojalloh Funny cuz Georgia and Oklahoma didnt seem to like playing this team. Heck even Ole Miss sh!t a brick for 4 quarters playing this team. Dude Sankey recommended no team in the SEC even schedule them anymore as its not worth risking the embarrassment. If your argument is they dont play anyone - you cant say that about OOC, at which point then your argument is they dont play in the SEC. Ok well then put them in the SEC and lets find out. Cuz their 0.724 record isnt just for when they joined FBS Division 1.
      Its been that way for the last 103 years. At what point are yall gonna be correct? BSU has gone from JuCo to Div3 to Div 2 to DIv1 FCS to DIv 1 FBS - every time its oh theres no way youll be able to have the same success when you move up. In 103 years they have had a grand total of 5 losing seasons...... So ya know when are yall gonna be right? Been waiting a century for it......
      NDSU has more titles - they dont have more wins. However unlike the joke that is FBS Division 1, FCS actually has a legit playoff system so its a lot easier to make a championship. Whereas BSU went undefeated in 4 years and never even made the freaking top 5 somehow - in fact miraculously BSU has 2.5 times as many Top 10 appearances as BCS/NY6 bowl appearances, which in a normal world would be an impossible stat to have. So I guess the question is are you gonna handicap BSU because of P5 CORRUPTION BS, or are we gonna actually care about competition in this sport and allow undefeated teams to play for a title - like idk, EVERY OTHER SPORT ON EARTH?
      The fact is your assertion that the P2 is about competition and winning games will never be accurate as long as BSU keeps winning and they arent in the P2. They are an anomaly that annihilates your argument.....

      It’s a chicken and the egg thing. Once a G5 team start winning some games against P5 opponents, the P5s get scared and stop scheduling them.
      Over the last decade, ECU is 3-0 vs UNC by a combined score of 166-90. And they will probably never play the pirates again. UNC can just claim superior if they don’t play a G5 school.
      Of course UNC is always overhyped and not a powerhouse, but it’s a 2 steps forward one step back for mid major schools. And all they simply want is a shot vs regional P5 opponents.

    • @shallojalloh
      @shallojalloh 2 часа назад

      @curveball135 | agreed. I know that happens. The P2 teams sing wanna risk it. That's why they only play G5 teams at home. I get it.
      It's a lose lose for the P2.
      With that said. If ECU play a P2 conference schedule, it would be a different ball game
