If someone offered just one person to clean up the mess on the ground for 50 dollars a day and had to prove it via photo the rubbish cleared then this would very quickly become the cleanest block in the neighbourhood. This must be great for the dept of tourism! People can map out where to visit in Philly. Where the great food is, where the fetty is, where to set up a tent. If someone offered just one person to clean up the mess on the ground for 50 dollars a day and had to prove it via photo the rubbish cleared then this would very quickly become the cleanest block in the neighbourhood. Promoting a sense of community and pride which would surely spread across all areas. If I were a member of this community and someone offered me 50 a day I’d be the best and most efficient street cleaner that ever lived,trust me on that!

We need conscientious people on the ground who care about people. Without forgetting the dealers who must be tightened differently. In San Fransisco, there was a business owner who hired his own street sweepers to keep the area around his business clean and needle/poop free. San Fransisco is Democrat controlled. He was told to stop the cleaning.
