About Me
My name is Kendra (my government name), but I’m also known around the Black Manosphere as DJ Fish Grease. That’s because I COOK, and I’m talking DEEP FRY, the foolishness that goes on in our communities. I’m really not a mean person, I just have a low tolerance for people, groups or institutions that play games with the lives of people I love. The best way to deal with them is to avoid them, don't say anything and make sure you cover all your ends around them. Theyvwill leave you alone eventually. They think not gracing you is punishment enough not realizing nobody wants to be around them after finding out what they are about
I’ve experienced this all my life. Most black girls just didn’t like me and it got worse as I got older. For no reason at all. And they try to figure you out so they can put you in whatever box they have in their head that makes them feel more comfortable about themselves so they can feel like they are “better” than you. They CANNOT WAIT for you to make an error so they can point it out 😂.

I was always told that I think I am better than them when I was just minding my business. I like how Crimson said that lionesses ARE better than hyenas! 😂 Even as an adult, I have similar experience, unfortunately. A lot of the women eventually come around and want to befriend me but I pass them up and just keep things cordial.

Omg yes!!! I went through this alot when I was younger. I’m in my 30’s now and I’ve just gotten to the point where I automatically have my guard up with other sisters, I can’t help I was raised well by my parents and don’t care anymore to figure out why other sisters have a grudge against me nor be friends with any. It is amazing how some women be out and yell "yaass sis" and "you bad" knowing the entire time they hate them.....I see it all of the time!!!!!!
Im a black woman and i dont trust women PERIOD ! No matter race. The reason for this is I noticed my mom talking crap about this friend to that friend; later on she'd talk crap to the other friend about the previous friend. This was a cycle. Ive noticed that since i was about 5 yrs old and she'd gossip around me. She and her bio sisters were the same way.
I'm a man and I've witnessed this growing up. A blk women once told me the older you get the messier you get. I never heard anything so nonsensical in my life.
The only people many Black women acquiesce to, go out of their way to cooperate with and support is Zaddy! I’ve seen it in the military, non-profit organizations, federal, medical health professionals and corporate. Oh, there is one place where they give their support, resources and wholehearted devotion to a Black man and that is..the 501c3 Chuurch!!

Mine was the baby of a family of 6. I don't think she ever heard the word "No" growing up. Being coddled and spoiled as little girls is how they become allergic to accountability. This is why feminism has never made sense to me. You can't say we're equal and then treat boys and girls differently.

I once told a black woman working at a dollar store, (making no more than $9.50 per hour.) She could go to Home Depot and make more than double what she made at her current job, doing the exact same thing. She then gave me the "I don't trust blk men look," and she told me she'll stay there because they paid her every week!🤦🏾♂️

Until I got older I never realized how mean women were to each other. From the outside looking in, they always sided with each other over a man, even in a situation where one of them was blatantly wrong, they always found some kind of justification for the behavior. This is a side of women that men don't really see until it's in the final stages.
No sisters but I grew up with a lot of cousins. I learned early how nasty and mean females are.

So true, I had a black female boss like this. At first, i thought she liked me since she was nice. Once I started working and she saw I was intelligent and good at my job, then she started getting mean. Mind you, she’s in her 50s and I’m in my 20s at this time. I guess she felt threatened. I thought she’d appreciate an intelligent, good employee that was also black. No she wanted me out of there. She even went so far to lie on me to get me fired. She eventually got fired.
You said "she saw I was intelligent and good at my job." BW, on the job, hate that type of Black man and you emotionally triggered her because she saw you as a threat, was jealous of your talent bc she was never that good, was attracted to you, or you didn't kiss her but enough. Keep in mind... she got the position bc she kissed but and played politics (the game). And when you don't do it, they will try to destroy you... even with lies. In other words, as a black man, you get punished for doing a good job and being professional.

I have a coworker like this. She pretended to e this mother figure and encouraged me to leave work early when things were slow because she did. She arrived at work late every morning and asked me to inform our supervisor that she was running late. When she would go out on lunch break, she'd take hours to come back. I didn't pay her any mind and continued to maintain my work ethic and standards. Sure enough, she showed her back feet one day. She blew up at me when I asked her for something. The very next day I was moved to another department. She gives me a mean mug anytime we pass one another. 😂

During my time in Corporate America I was interviewed for positions by 3 separate black women and not one hired me but Brads hired me🤷🏾♂️
Same here...I had 3 phone interviews (other persuasion) successfully...had my face to face with a Whyte guy and the black female manager knowing by her facial expressions that I would NOT secure the position. SMDH
My wife would often tell me about how blk women would constantly stir up mess and lie at her job. They all just pretended to like each other.
Black women are always triggered by something. It could have been what you said, how you talked, had confidence and very articulate or you had a wedding ring on your finger. What ever it was, it had nothing to do with how you would fit into that position, it was personal.

That woman spoke all facts! I’ve experienced the same in the workplace. They will lie on you quicker than a New York minute. I’ve experienced it as someone who reported to black women & when I’ve been in leadership roles. They would always say “oh you different, you think you better than us, you talk like you wh!te.” I could go on & on. Thankfully my character & work ethic spoke for itself & no one rarely ever believed their lies about me.

I had a surgery the end of 2022 and since I was never close to anyone at my past job I only told my supervisor whos a man and spoke to the partners. When I returned they tried so hard to find out why I was out and I totally ignored them. Eventually i resigned February of 2024 because of other complications. That was the best decision of my life, I no longer had to deal with the everyday bickering and foolishness in the office, the only thing i missed was my salary but I know my peace of mind worth more than money.

Unfortunately, this is one of many reasons why I won't hire BW. Whether internships or entry level, 9 times out of 10 are not worth the headache. This does a disservice to the 10% that just want to have a chance to do a good job.
I witnessed a lot of this when I worked at Walmizzy 20 years ago. I witnessed every type of boneyard activity and hyena antics you can think of. Keisha's keeping up drama and strife in the workplace. Fighting and competing for the same or new male employee at the job. Sleeping with each others man on the low. Keisha managers who were married sleeping with their male subordinates. Even stealing on the job and running gift card scams. I'm sure it's 10x worst now since I left the company back in the early 2000's.

Unfortunately, this is the story for many Black PEOPLE in general. Many I've talked to have their horror stories about dealing with the sisterhood - even Black women.
I (Black man) have a few horror stories of workplace bullying, backstabbing, and betrayal from the sisterhood. It's not all, of course, but that group is the most likely to give problems ime/imo.

Black women were my biggest enemies too, I’ve always been to dark for them but they’d shit talk me when I ended up with Lighter skinned black women or women of other races. Which is wild because I preferred chocolate women more than anything.

It’s no surprise, considering last week National Crown Day was celebrated . The day was designed to celebrate the hair of Black women and zesty Black men. Here’s the thing, the group that consistently had the nastiest things to say about Black hair are BW themselves. Remember when Gabby Douglas was bringing home Olympic gold medals about a decade ago?? Well, many of the comments about her were from BW cooking her about the way her hair looked… Pepperage Farms certainly remembers..

Moreover, you have to be thinking about your professional image outside of work. This reminded me of congresswoman Jasmine Crockett, whose lack of professionalism a couple of months ago earned her some clout and a few coins when she came out with merch commemorating the moment.
Black men do the same thing! Early in my military career, I had to deal with TWO legitimate death threats from two guys who lived in my dorm. Separate incidents!!! Their reason: I didnt talk enough and I wasnt black enough. WHAT???? One guy was discharged because of the threat AND he was so angry that he destroyed Government property during the threat. The other idiot was an alcoholic that let the bottle get him in trouble. So glad I worked in the office that allowed me to type up his discharge paperwork.
