Y'alll did great! and I agree with Kendra's question. This set was more for my generation (your parents") I loved this a lot and as a musician, I am impressed by you both.
I am from Germany and I knew every song (except one) from hearing, but (let's say) only 70% by name. These songs are very famous worldwide. And thank you for making so great content. Every single video got me smiling so far. Huge thanks for that, too.
The show "Mamma Mia!" is a 'jukebox musical' with all of the songs in the show originally by the band ABBA. The songs in the show were not all from one ABBA album; they were gleaned from ABBA's whole music catalog. So you're mostly right, but just not all from one album. "Tommy" by The Who was a show written as an album, with all of the story beats in mind. Just for example. There's "Tommy" the stage show, and film, and "Tommy" the music album, with all of those songs on it. If I'm remembering correctly, the album actually came first, then the show was fleshed out from there- but the story was always the driving force behind the songs. Jukebox musicals like "Mamma Mia!" are not that; they're a story made up, written to incorporate those songs already written under different circumstances. Other jukebox musicals include "We Will Rock You" (Queen), "Jersey Boys" (The Four Seasons), "Rock of Ages" ('80s glam rock), "Across the Universe" (Beatles), etc. Even 1952's "Singin' in the Rain" film was a jukebox musical, written incorporating music from the 1920s, such as the title song. Many people do not know that!
I started playing drum set after hearing Steve Smith on "Don't Stop Believin'" If you're a drummer you gotta love the accents Steve plays on the bell of his Ride cymbal. The dude is STILL a monster musician.
Mama Mia is a musical made up of many different ABBA songs from multiple albums. I got 25/30 (Austria). I'm a little older, but it was a good mix for all generations. I love the original version of "I will always love you" by Dolly Parton much better than the cover version by Whitney Houston.
I got 20 out of 30, solid. Four I knew that I knew, just couldn't come up with the title in time. One I could not place at all from the intro, until the title came up, then a big forehead smack of recognition. Duh! Five I got "a" title, which was close, but it was not THE title, so had to be counted wrong. (#16 and 24 were off, thought I had the right artist!) The rest I got right away. Mostly music from the 1970s, 80s, and 90s. As much as it pains me (45yo) to say: "Oldies" now. I'm actually pleasantly surprised at how many these young ladies got correct; a lot of classic taste in music! Well done!! [Song spoilers below. Songs I guessed correctly- listed. I love that Hailee and Kendra both sang a bit of almost every song, even when they couldn't remember the title. My favorite part of these kind of videos is probably when they start singing the songs together. You both have beautiful voices. Thank you for content that makes your viewers smile ❤
Posting this appreciation about you 2 here as well. Kind of a repeat. But you guys are so so awesome, I just want to make sure you see just how wonderful your existence even really just makes such positive things and energy possible! You guys are my serotonin and source of recent happy. Your relationship is something that we should all be so lucky to find, a best friend, partner and someone that gets you and you them. Celebrate your different ideals and yet be open enough to join in on trying new things! You two are just such beautiful souls. I am glad people like you exist!

Really glad you two know some of the classics that were on this. I find that most people I know (making some assumptions here) your age don't know shit about good music.
Hi girls, love your videos - funny AF and also loved the wedding videos which brought me to tears (happy tears, very beautiful brides btw). Just worked something out - Kendra, your initials are the same kallmekris channel with Kristina's last name being Collins. xx
My compliments, ladies! You did very well! Region wise, I'm pretty sure most Brits know Queen, Elton John, and the Beatles. And ABBA was and is a favorite across Europe! I had fun watching and playing along! Thank you!
I can't male my own comment but I like how hailee gets embarrassed when Kendra randomly catches her singing but they were both singing to the songs and guessing
"I Will Always Love You" sung by Whitney Houston was originally written and sung by Dolly Parton. If you like music quite a bit, try reviewing an original song to the cover. Suggested song: "Sound of Silence"...... Original Artists: Simon & Garfunkel, Cover Artist: Disturbed
I knew most of the songs besides 2. But you both did great! I was born in 2000 and I think if my mom and other relatives weren’t listening to these throughout my childhood I probably wouldn’t have known the songs.
I knew a lot of them. Barbie girl with Aqua was easy for me because it's a Danish band and I'm from Denmark. Nice video with a lot of great music. ABBA is one of the best, if not the best, in my opinion, that has existed and also Bee Gees.
Ooh this was fun, we definitely need another one of these. I aced this one as this was the music my parents brought me up on, anything after 2010 I'll be shockingly bad at though.
Great video ladies, I knew most of those, though some I had no idea lol. If you're after another challenge, maybe something similar, but movie or TV theme songs/theme tunes instead? Keep up the awesome work.
You're welcome, and definitely. I don't know of any official challenges doing the rounds, but whatever challenge video you next do, I know it'll be awesome 🙂
I missed Spice Girls and Wannabe and Aqua but knew it was Barbie Girl. I grew up with the vast majority of these. I'm Australian and older than your ages added together, ya young pups 😊 Love ya work.
I think y'all did better than I did, but I dont know a lot of that music from the 90s all that well. I will say that I still remember the dance they taught us in middle school to Billy Jean. Also, the best gift Santa ever brought me was my Bee Gees record player. Nice memories. Thank you for the fun game!
I love this video! It was great to see you guys react to different songs, and knowing them to!You guys should react to big hits from the 70s. I would love to see your reactions of songs from 1970s!! 😎🎸
Hey there ladies. I just want to say that my wife showed me some of your videos and I loved them. Yall are amazing and funny and you two make the cutest couple. I love yall.
That was fun, I got the titles and the bands for them all except, the backstreet boys didn't get the name or the song, 1 side note I Will Always Love You was a Dolly Parton Song, Whitney Huston rerecorded it for the movie The Bodyguard in 1992.
I’m a Hungarian grognard and the only thing I didn’t know was the title of the Elvis song. But I grew up in the 80s and 90s, so yeah, I was listening to most of these growing up. But good job you two!
I didn't think it was possible, but Hailee saying N'Sync instead of Backstreet Boys really upset me (maybe because I was a huge BSB fan as a kid) 😂 The only songs I failed was I will always love you - Whitney Houston (it was too short for me to recognice it) and Rocketman (Don't think I've ever heard this song. I've heard of it, but never heard the actual song). I think this quiz is pretty world wide or at least Europe, NA and Australia.
It's definitely world wide especially as probably half the songs were from British/ European bands/ artists. As a late 30 something British bloke I too got most of the songs but had for the most part no idea of the title or artists as am very very bad at names! I think the only song I wasn't familiar with was the Elvis one and that's mainly because I'm really not a fan of Elvis.
Fun fact: Bryan Adams was born in 1959, so he would have only been 10 years old in 1969. He has said in a couple of interviews that wrote this song not about the year, but about what Kendra was making silly faces about. He was reminiscing about the summer that he got really involved in a physical relationship with a girl for the first time. It was reinterpreted as referring to the year because that was much more acceptable to the label and to the radio stations.
I'm 36 y/o and I'm from the Netherlands. I just had 1 song that I didn't recognize/name: the Elton John one. I was surprised I got so many right though! You two also did really well!! Love your videos ladies 😘
I definitely did horrible, and I'm 39. I grew up listening to every kind of music ever made. My other have like Hailee. He knows every song from the 60s to today, all lyrics, what they are all called, and who sings them. He can even do it with movies. It's crazy. I'm more of the "I know the song and some lyrics, but definitely, no idea 95 % of the time. I have no idea what they are called, and especially no idea who sings them 😂😂😂
This was so much fun! Also, I think Kendra was thinking of Mad World by Tears for Fears. Although I most know the song from the cover by Gary Jules and Michael Andrews.
girls you got some good harmony between you!!! do a who can sing it better challenge. haille picks the songs for kendra and kendra picks the songs for hailee
“I know what song it is … maybe not the the title, lyrics, or artist.” 🤣🤣🤣❤️This brings back Drunken Song Pop vibes. Funny story. I would listen to a 15 sec. clip and get pissed that the song ended, forgetting I’m playing the game.
Hi Girls You should try this by decades, start with the 50s five songs in each decade if you lose a decade you have to take a shot. Then move on to next. Best way is to play the five and write them down. Speaking over them makes it difficult for people to join in properly. Just the title of the song half a point for a line within the lyrics. Mamma Mia was made using the music of ABBA in general not just one album.
I guessed them all except for 17. Abba doesn't come up that often when I listen to music. Hailee beat me on 12. I didn't remember that it was Wonderwall before she did.
I got them all correct with naming the song, artist, album and year they were released. I have always had a deep love for music of all genres. If you want to try your hand at a really hard one, I would be happy to setup a challenge. Y'all did very well.
The fact that my name is Jolleen (yes it is spelled differently) and they sung that song at 6:00. Whoa that was so weird it gave me chills. I felt noticed by these beautiful amazing women even though they don’t even know I exist lol.
As a mid twenties, I knew all of them but again the whole correct title or artist did fail a bit😅Enjoyed watching as always, maybe try some 90's as Hailee purposed, best greetings from Denmark🇩🇰
30 out of 30! 🎉 and for the record most older songs are also before my time. I'm 34 Dutch. Nice that also native English speaking people fill in words that are not completely right but sound a like. though that was a not native thing. Anyway loved this video and you to are great!
Im born 83 and from Sweden. I grow up with this kind of music so 30/30 but i think you did good. If you would have music from 2000 and forward it would be harder for me
I loved your music challenge! I got most of them right away, but I'm older than you two and have been listening to this music forever! I literally was yelling the answers at my TV trying to give you the answers 😅 there must be something wrong with me! 😊
Even as a heterosexual male, these two are my relationship goal. So much love, respect and fun to be had by all!
That’s very sweet, thank you!

Got 26/30 and I'm 22, the newer songs where actually what I struggled with more, I think the classics are more ingrained in our mind
I got them all but im 19, then again I listen to a lot of different music.
Same here. There are advantages to being 43!
Got all of them an I'm 47 but listen to different music

I love so many of these songs. There was only three I didnt know. It has put me in the mood for an 80s playlist.

I got all but the Spice Girls one. Also, you both should make an album cause your voices together are magical.
I got 4-5 songs like ABBA, BRITNEY, CELINE DION, HOTEL CALIFORNIA, WE WILL ROCK YOU , BACKSTREET BOYS. Nice video
Love you guys ❤❤
Thank you for playing along!! Glad you’ve enjoyed the video 😊
Love this so much another fun video ❤❤
Honestly did a lot better than I thought, I was only incorrect for about 4 of them.
Nice job!!
Watched them first time two days ago and immidiately became obsessed
Haha thank you 😁 welcome to our channel and our community!!
Hi Girls
You should try this by decades, start with the 50s five songs in each decade if you lose a decade you have to take a shot. Then move on to next.
Best way is to play the five and write them down. Speaking over them makes it difficult for people to join in properly. Just the title of the song half a point for a line within the lyrics.
Mamma Mia was made using the music of ABBA in general not just one album.
im so happy you guys know music from my gen my only complaint is i couldent hear some of them enough to guess but great job guys
Hailee's face at 3:33 😂
Most of the older songs are classics, I think the newer songs will be harder
I guessed them all except for 17. Abba doesn't come up that often when I listen to music. Hailee beat me on 12. I didn't remember that it was Wonderwall before she did.
I got them all correct with naming the song, artist, album and year they were released. I have always had a deep love for music of all genres. If you want to try your hand at a really hard one, I would be happy to setup a challenge. Y'all did very well.
Love Kendra’s reaction so cute and sweet 😊
Amazing vid. The singing 10/10 the guessing 8/10 :D
LOL thank you 😂 we tried!
The fact that my name is Jolleen (yes it is spelled differently) and they sung that song at 6:00. Whoa that was so weird it gave me chills. I felt noticed by these beautiful amazing women even though they don’t even know I exist lol.
LOL well, consider that (and this) a sign that we know you exist! 😁
@@HaileeandKendra Ain’t no way! Holy crap hi!! 😲😁
i got about 90% correct
you guys have good singing voices
Good job!! And thank you 😊
Love u two, and love this idea! :)
Woah, good job!! Perfect score! ⭐️
I only missed Rocketman, mostly because Hailee confidently yelled out a song from earlier in the list, and thinking "wait, that's not right" 😅
Yep, that was for sure not right 😂 my bad!
Im born 83 and from Sweden. I grow up with this kind of music so 30/30 but i think you did good. If you would have music from 2000 and forward it would be harder for me
Love you're video's you two are beautiful both of you are beautiful singers both of you have awesome taste in music love you're videos
I think I lived through most of these songs (except maybe the Beatles), so yeah it was pretty easy.
Please do this again, no matter how much it hurt my heart 😂😂
I loved your music challenge! I got most of them right away, but I'm older than you two and have been listening to this music forever! I literally was yelling the answers at my TV trying to give you the answers 😅 there must be something wrong with me! 😊
Nothing wrong in playing along!! Glad you've enjoyed the video! 😁
I knew every single song and now I feel old 😂😂
Good job!!
I recognised them all i would love to see more of these please ❤
