This song is me and baby boys song. Had listened to this ever since I met his father and ever since I was pregnant with my first born. The midwife told me during labour to think about what is the best thing that'll get me through the pain of contractions and birth. Then when I thought bout the future with my partner and baby and how life was gonna be for our little family. this song came up in my head and I started singing it. It reminded me of my love for my partner and my son that I already was connected to during the whole pregnancy❤️🤧🌹.

Why do I love this song so much? I can't quite put my finger on it. It's got this sense of darkness and longing and sensuality... Somehow it reminds me of the sea... In a way that doesn't have anything to do with the lyrics.
This piece of artwork makes me feel a thousand things which I could write an elaborate book about but to put it simply. The way it makes me feel is like its a blessing to be alive. To be alive is to hear this masterpiece. It's incredibly beautiful. I adore every part of it.

I know everyone interprets music and lyrics differently.......It makes me think of my 18 year old daughter.......Started off as a thread, and now shes grown, and leaves for college in a few months.......It actually makes me really sad, and reflect on all of the good times and priceless moments with her growing from a little peanut, into the lovely human being she is today. Hey man! Glad your enjoying! The one in the choruses is an old premiere snare tuned down a bit, it's then doubled with itself later on but tuned to more of a note and hitting near the skin right near the rims so you get that really open resonant note sound. The drum was a wreck, really old head etc.. I couldn't get it sounding 'good' in the room.. but it works in the track. :) Hope that helps!
