My heart goes out to you. Take care of yourself and know you are loved by many! You will always be a daughter to your parents and to our savior. It’s good seeing you doing some crafts. I feel like distractions like our crafts can help. Therapy and Grief support groups can help as well. Praying for you and sending you love. 🙏❤️

Hugs Louise. It's such a hard time to get through. The rainbow dream is very special in my thoughts. My family has seen spectacular rainbows just before someone close goes. I feel like it was God telling us that everything is going to be okay and that our loved one is with Him. If it helps, tell your baby girl that. Rainbows are God's promise and sign of His love.
Diamond painting sure helped me get through the start of the first new year after my Mom passed. It is soothing and I liked not having to think like I do with crochet, etc. It's a good stress buster, that's what helped you to release some more tears. I totally understand the anger response. My Dad died over 40 years ago at age 50. I would have overwhelming spurts of anger despite my faith. I used to go out to his pile of wood he had for winter. I would pick up pieces and throw them to vent the anger. Other times I would walk on our property as hard and fast as I could. I just want you to know that I think you are acting, responding totally normally. You are doing what you have to, to keep functioning. (Seeing the doctor is wise too.) I'm praying for you. Big hug.

Grief is a process of steps you go through and time heals it. You will always be your parents' daughter, sweetie. As you said, one day at a time. I'm currently working on the December dessert cup diamond painting. So I feel closer to you. Do seek counseling as I feel it helps to express all your feelings to someone so you can move forward. I'm here for you if you need me. Love you.❤❤❤

We are here to help, that’s what family does. Oh dear, you are always going to be a daughter, you are the daughter of our Savior. I have lost both of my parents, and thought I was an orphan, but my heart sings because I know I will never be alone, our Heavenly Father will always be there. Please make your dr appointment, keep yourself healthy for your children. You will make it through this, you have lots of us to talk to. You are in my prayers always. ❤️❤️

My dad passed 47 years ago! So when I want some advice I wonder what he would say! Plus I also have a candle going in my craft room for my dad! When your at a point you could do something similar!

You will always be a daughter I lost my dad when I was eleven and I'm now 64 but I'm still his daughter as well as well as my mum's daughter She is still here and if I don't see her I speak frequently on the phone❤ Louise remember you will always always be a daughter ❤one day at a time I know it's easy to say and very hard to do but for your family sake seek the medical help and try as hard as it is to remember you loved your dad as much as as he loves you
