I totally agree with your comments. I had the X1 Omni for more than 1 year and it was good, I had zero problems. But the X2 is massive step forward. Yes the navigation and AI needs improvement, but this will come with software updates. The hardware design is the standout feature of this robot, for instance the dust collector bin in the robot, huge improvement over X1, now is fully emptied every time by the base station, X1 used to leave some pieces inside the dust bin. I really like the X2 and it works great in my house, can't wait for some further software updates.
