This "Landarks" series is about the necessity to establish a country living lifestyle that is as self-sufficient as possible. I will show 7 reasons why we should build an "ark", which means a home out in the country.
The current crisis has shown how vulnerable our world is, how quickly it can be turned upside down. The Bible “promises” that it will not get better, on the contrary. Serious and difficult times are ahead of us. God has warned us of these things, not to satisfy our curiosity but to give us the chance to be prepared - like when he gave Pharao the dream of the coming famine. It was a smart thing for Josef and the rest of Egypt to pray, no doubt, but they should also become active. God is informing us likewise of things to come is calling us to action: spiritual and physical preparation.

Friend, you have NOT watched topic06, but you already know that it's wrong ... That good man you're referring to is trying to make you believe the beast is Nero, I guess. The EARLY CHURCH, however, believed the Antichrist (the little horn of Dan 7 & 8 and the beast of Rev 13) to be a future power that would arise AFTER the Roman Empire would haven been fallen. We know this from their own writings. And in topic06 I show that.
You'd better take a look at this.

@@TheLandArksProject Ken Gentry, Bruce Gore, R C Sproul, Hank Hanegraaff, Steve Gregg do a good job of convincing from Scripture that the first 19 Chpt of Revelation were fulfilled in the 1st Century. So I used to have an Historical approach to Rev, but I have had a change of mind. I go with a Partial Preterist view these days. Not full Preterist.

@@alongcamejones309 I understand. But again, as far as I know their writings, the early church had a historicist approach to Revelation, as well as the Church of the Middle Ages (Waldensians, etc.), the Reformation, and Protestantism till the 19th century.
Consider one thing, the preterist, as well as the futurist approach, were inventions of the Jesuit Order. The Catholic Church had one great problem, which was the prophetic proclamation of the Reformation: it clearly revealed that the RCC is the Antichrist and this was a very mighty weapon. The only chance the RCC had, was to take that mighty sword out of the Protestants' hand. And they did so by inventing new ways of interpreting Bible prophecy: (1) Preterism (Luis De Alcazar, SJ), he said the Antichrist is Nero, and (2) Futurism (Francisco Ribera): Antichrist is somewhere in the future.
Already from history, for me, being a Protestant, I can't see any reason to accept a Jesuit invention, that was not driven by the desire to get a clearer understanding of the Bible, but to in some way free the RCC from the charge of being the Antichrist.
In the Bible, by the way, I can't see a reason either.
      Greetings!
