I'd love to get into the Sims 3, I went from 1 straight to 4 but there is something about the bloom, textures and overall shader choices they made with this game that particularly triggers my epilepsy and migraines, especially panning the camera over grass or night time when the lights turn sharp and extra bloomy, no other games have hit me this hard
thank you so much! graphics improvement videos usually focus on making the sims themselves look more detailed and forego the atmosphere of the game, so this was really helpful. i will definitely be using some of these the next time I install the game lol
I'm really glad someone is still making sims 3 videos ...i also have an issue with auto light's overhaul is that the fireplace also gets treated as a light and goes off once my sims go to sleep and i would love for it to stay on it's very cozy...any ideas how to fix that?

Oke cool mods and they are definitely nice for a good game but the game already brakes all the time without the mods 😂 and there is another option about the sound were you dont need to install mods for the sound key on you keyboard
Thanks for this, Im trying to find the mod that will make indoor walls up but I want them to disappear when I go with the pointer over them. I dont want indoor walls to either completely disappear or stay up, I want it just like in sims1. Also sound, is there anything to make the sounds from environment more noticeable, for example during night the sounds of crickets or dog barks here and there, that was so nice and calming. i just wonder is there anything to improve that kinda sounds and stuff

The tastes of sims (ours) are different, so there are some that I choose original without mods such as the grid build mode. I really need a clear grid, maybe even need grid view in inactive floor that reveal that different floor, so that when placing stuff, don't put stuff in the middle of 2 different tiles with the help of the grid view, except for certain items like a easel painting, to save tile size. Want see other your video mod, especially anti world save failure & anti failed copy household with house & quick time, smooth play etc, maybe already i have some mods that support that💙😁🌈🌈🌈🌈. Love play The Sims 3🏡🚺🚹but not want stress play failed because error save, cannot copy household with house (if i not want reset current progress family sims in Library, desperate to continue play until my family sims {always a child boy as single son or youngest son that grow up adult like parents, all aging off/not become elder} reaches "the end").
Question on the shadow mod you rec - do you find it hard to see what's happening sometimes? I feel like my game is so dark already even with lighting midd but your before and Afters do look good. But my stupid sims are always in the dark 💀
Sometimes The Sims 3 gets really dark due to an issue with the graphics. Check if playing in window mode makes everything brighter, including the UI. If it doesn't change anything, then I would just suggest looking for a lighting mods, like the one called Uranesia. :) This one tends to be quite bright.

Improved EA lights when I tried to extract it, it says it's corrupted or damaged file. Pls help

No until this mod existenter we didn't even know you could scale the UI. (There were mods fpr bigger fonts mind you but they all looked weird

How do these added mods affect the game performance?
These mods shouldn't affect the performance, at least not meaningfully. They don't really add anything extra but only tweak existing settings. :)
Also most of then are either graphical or just replacement meshes, ts3 is heavily CPU bound though, so those mods make little to no difference
