I'm so proud of Charli for how far she has come. Through all the struggles of social media and just life in general she finds her way back to doing something she has loved for her whole life, and she looks so happy.
Charli and Mark finally got a perfect score WhoooHooooo!!!! Love seeing Mark all cleaned up 🔥 and Charli does indeed possess major elegance on that dance floor. That was a classic Foxtrot from Charli. Mark has done it again with the choreography. It was magical honestly! Charli’s so good but Mark makes her better. they make the perfect partnership. 👏🏻
There's 3 things that make your show so so so much inferior to our UK version. 1. DWTS has silly themes every single week 2. They have stupid guest judges who have nothing to do with dance randomly appear every now and then which even changes the score format and 3. You all expect perfect scores basically from week 1 meaning the standard of dance isn't as high by the latter stages. Used to be so much better around 10 seasons ago

If she doesn’t win this I will never watch the show again. She’s talented beyond her years and more than that you can tell that she truly does love to dance. You can see it in her smile, eyes and you can feel it in her heart! She’s not just gifted in dancing she truly does love to do it!
Yes sounds fair that the girl with the most dance experience should be the one to win !!!! Other people who have improved a lot from week 1 should not even be considered !!!!

It’s not her fault that she did dance at a young age, she doesn’t control the world especially the world of dance…..you just love to hate on her, but you can never have the brain cells to learn how to skip her parts. Charli deserves the praise and rightfully so but I really want to discuss the revelation that is Mark Ballas. For the OGs that watched from the beginning, Mark has always been incredibly talented. He had a lot of fire that eventually made him incredibly creative but where he and Derek differed in their ways at being creative is Derek rode the wave and patiently moved up and got praise, while Mark was more in your face and outwardly progressive and often got knocked for it. Mark also tended to talk back and showed his frustrations more outwardly. I feel towards the end of his reign with Paige and Lindsey he did some of his most incredibly work but his departure always felt sad and like there was unfinished business to do. Like he didn't accomplish what he set out to do. Now, too see him return to the Ballroom. While, I'm not wild about his hair and extensions, his time away seems to have given him his spark back and he looks so much more relaxed and content with himself. It almost seems like he isn't fighting anymore to be noticed for his genius. He just seems to be happily existing in his dancing with his partner. It's so beautiful to see.
What a load of drivel. He was always underappreciated whole everyone fangirled over Derek for whatever reason and now with Derek off of the floor he is flourishing and people are seeing what a genius he is. That's the all of it really

Since she only trained at a local studio and regional competitions up to age 15, she doesn't have professional experience, and 3 years out from dancing, other than tik tok, but that's full of much more simple dance styles. When she danced with Derek, Julianne had to do some of the more advanced stuff and also more of the emotive stuff. Here Charlie has more reps in week after week, and her growth in the maturity and techniques is really growing.
Waiting for the vid of the oh-too-beautiful Viennese Waltz to the beautiful heartbreaking song "Glimpse of Her". Brought tears to my eyes! 😭 One of the most perfect dances ever. 💖 Congrats!!
She is absolutely exquisite. I'm not the biggest fan of the choreography every week, but she makes it the best that it can be. Again, she's exquisite. She's living the dream :)

It was exciting when Charli D'Amelio danced with Derek Hough to "Time of Your Life" some months ago, and now we get more excitement from this. 😊
